Its Atharv only

what people are not understanding Atharv is not mentally stable Real Atharv would never have done this but mentally unstable can do anything Atharv in his senses would never raised hand on his mother but this Atharv tries to hit sujata again and again because he is mentally stable so if Atharv can raise his hand on his mother ( who always was more important for him than anyone else ) so why he cannot do this with Vividha ?

from today's epi its clear its not atharv...hw he suddenly became normal?? he was playing in suman n bhumi's room hw he suddenly became alryt...no way they r confusing us...just c d precap how can he just enter the room wen R is inside...that to he looks normal again...n vipul was not in his room...something is fishy...n atharv had that white scarf wen ravish brought him back to his room n he was playful too.
