Beyhadh || 27 Oct 2016 || WU

Maya walks away from the office and everyone stands there shocked.Lalwani is pissed and grabs Arjun by the collar and yells at him about daring to touch maya. Arjun basically manhandles lalwani's wrist and tells him off and leaves from there.

Maya is walking away and Arjun follows her.She is having flashbacks to her 9th birthday and how her father tormented her that day. We get flashbacks of a cake smeared face, being locked up and little Maya's voice begging and pleading.From the looks of it it seems her father was physically abusive to Maya's mom and Maya.

Arjun chases Maya and is stopped by a constable who tells him off for interrupting traffic.

Maya walks onto the beach and Arjun yells after her. She walks into the sea thinking all the while about the incident on her 9th birthday. A wave comes and washes the cake from her face and Maya seems to wake up from the daze. Arjun gets there and calling out for Maya.

He sees her leave in a taxi.Arjun(the idiot) says he can't believe she came her to wash her face.

Nighttime:Arjun is whining about Maya's behaviour to Sanjh and Ayan.Ayan and Sanjh scold Arjun about treating Maya like she is his childhood friend and then Ayan leaves.

Arjun feels like maybe he went too far and Sanjh agrees. He puts his head in her lap(itna chipkoo feely hoge tu bechari Sanjh ki feelings ko tu hawa mile gi na, idiot) and Sanjh is startled in a happy way.Arjun asks her why others girls can't be like her. He says that with Maya he feels like he is at war or has a pressure cooker on his head but with Sanjh he feels light and everything feels good (Arey bitwa, where there is pressure cooker/war that is where there is passion).Sanjh tells him to apologise to Maya and mean it.

Maya meanwhile is sitting at home traumatised and in shock(not catatonic).Her dad Ashwin is drinking and creepily singing happy birthday at his home and his girlfriend comes and taunts him.She reminds him that he is a beggar and of the fact that Maya had him bitten by a dog. He gets enraged and destroys the cake with a knife and tells her she will soon find out who is wearing the collar and who is holding the leash.

Next day when the peon reaches the office to open it he sees Arjun sleeping on the sofa outside.

Everybody gets to work but Maya doesn't come to the office. Sanjh calls Arjun and scolds him for being irresponsible. When she finds out he is already at work she is happy and tells him she is proud of him.

Maya's mom (Jhanvi)comes to see Ashwin and asks him if he is ok. Ashwin tells her off and basically takes his frustration out on her.(This scene was too hard to watch. I wanted to kill him)

Arjun calls Maya from her office on her home number and overhears Jhanvi pleading with Maya to have some food as she has locked herself away since last night. Jahnvie keeps pleading with Maya telling her this is scaring her and Arjun overhears all of this.

Precap:Rhea tells Arjun Maya hasn't signed off on his first shoot.Scene cuts to Maya submerging herself in a a bathtub recalling other incidents of her dad hitting her.
