NEXT DAY

It was 8 am. Kirti was still asleep and was asked to take rest as the to-be-bride should not look dull on her wedding functions. Suku and Ayesha were talking about the other planning. Laxmi was doing less work and panicking more and Ramesh was calming her down. In Kabir's house also the situation was the same. Kartik was sleeping, Vasu was panicking and Arjun was calming her.

Nisha was waiting for Kabir as they have decided to talk to the decorator and start the decoration work from today itself as Kirti and Kartik told them about the venue. Viraj came from somewhere outside.

Ni- Oh there you are! I was looking for you. Where were you?

Vi- Jogging, Exercising and walking around the streets remembering the moments of Mumbai. Also I had some jalebis and have brought some for everyone.

Ni- You and your jalebis. You didn't change even a bit Viraj! Okay, go now and get ready. Kabir would be coming any minute.

Vi- For what?

Ni- (astonished) you forgot? We decided that we would go to the decorator today for the preparations to begin. How can you forget that Viraj?

Vi- I am sorry! I will come in a minute.

Viraj left. After 5 minutes Kabir arrived while Viraj didn't.

Ka- (from inside the car) come on in!

Nisha called Viraj and he replied that he would take some time because Suku dropped some sugar syrup of that jalebi on his suit which he changed. While Nisha asked him to wear another suit he made excuses and finally Nisha had to give up.

Ni- (to Kabir) Let us go!

She sat on the passenger seat. Kabir started driving.

Ka- Where is chip... I mean to say Viraj?

Ni- (annoyed) What were you about to say?

Ka- Nothing, where is Viraj?

Ni- He would take some time.

Ka- (monologue) Chalo that chipkoo chipkali would not stick to Nisha will day round. Such an idiot chipkali he is. Lichen!

Ni- What are you thinking?

Ka- (didn't realize) About Lichens!

Ni- (confused) What?

Ka- Nothing! How much time will he take?

They drove to the decorator in complete silence. They came out of the car. Kabir got a call.

Kabir goes to one side.

He said that he didn't want to fall in love. (feels happy) That means that he doesn't actually love her. it is just that he is being her BF. (sad again) No, but he said with so much feelings that he has a GF and he left me alone also to talk to her. He actually loves her. But why would he then say that he does not want to fall in love. He is really complicated. (frustrated) Why am I thinking so much about him?

Kabir comes back.

Ni- (with curiosity) Who was it?

Ka- (astonished by her curiosity) Meri girlfriend ka. Why are you asking?

Ni- (causally) Nahi just like that.

Ka- (monologue) Yeh jal rahi hai kya? Who knows? And why do I care so much? She has Viraj with her, why would she be jealous of my girlfriend? I don't know this girl really. Okay! (angry) Viraj nahi hai isiliye aise sawaal kar rahi mujhse otherwise she won't even talk to me when she is with him.

Ni- Let us go inside.

Ka- (fake smile) Sure!

They went inside and talked to the manager.

Ma (manager)- Sir! We would do it but...

Ni- What now?

Ma- ma'am actually one of our workers met with an accident and the some of the others are suffering from illness so they won't be able to work for a month to the least. In this way, I don't think we can help you.

Ka- (irritated, frustrated) What is this now? (looks at Nisha angrily) Are you mad? Don't you know that this marriage is really important to all of us? You should have seen that everything was okay with their group. Now at this last moment who will help us with it? Come on tell me! You had a friend who owned this place where almost all the people are injured or unavailable. Do you have any common sense? We have taken this responsibility and now it is our duty to see that everything goes correctly. I don't know about you but to the least I am responsible enough to do my works properly, to complete my duties with complete perfection. This was the first thing I gave to you. I thought that you would manage it but no. you proved me wrong. You can't tackle anything properly.

Saying so he left without even noticing the tears that formed in her eyes. On the door he saw Viraj standing.

Ka- (annoyed, looks at Viraj) Oh! Thank god you are here! Nisha needs your help. Go and console her. After all you are her best friend. And I have a great work to do for my brother's wedding but she seems to have no love for her sister. Ni- (sternly) Viraj I am fine. (looks at the manager) how many people are not there?

Ma- Ma'am 4 people.

Ni- Okay then call your labors to the venue with all the stuff. Within 15 minutes you all should be there. I will manage the 4 people.

Ma- Okay ma'am!

Ni- (looks at Viraj) Viraj you give them the venue details. I am going home to get my scooter.

Vi- But Nisha, how will you manage the workers?

Ni- Are you with me?

Vi- Obviously!

Ni- Then just do as I say. Reach to the venue as soon as you give them the details.

Nisha left and took a cab to home. Here, Kabir was trying every possible decorator. Nisha called Suku and Ayesha and asked them to come to the venue. Nisha took the scooter and left the home. She was feeling bad though she didn't show it but she was upset with Kabir's words. She was at fault a bit. She knew that she should have talked about everything on the phone but she didn't deserve this treatment. He could have fought with her but shouting at her for no reason was not good. She reached the venue. By now the pain was taken over by anger. She saw everyone gathered together.

Ni- So, as the laborers are not there we four are going to join them so that the decoration work finishes soon. Tomorrow is a party. So now I will tell you all the plan and we start then and there itself. And we have to do as much fast as we can. It is 10. We will directly take a break at 1 when we will eat food.

She told them the idea.

Ni- Any doubts?

Ay- (raises up her hand) A'int Kabir joining us?

Su- (monologue, jealous) Ye Kabir ko chain nahi hai. Pehle meri behen ko tang kara and now trying to win Ayesha. I won't let that happen.

Suku was about to say something when he was interrupted by Viraj.

Vi- Actually I don't think Kabir would be coming...

Ni- (cuts him off) I didn't call him. (hell angry, stern voice) I don't want him to come and spoil it by cracking jokes and make the already slow process even slower. (changing the topic) I think we should all get started. We have loads of work to do.

Nisha went away. She called the manager and asked them to show the decorative items. They started with their work. Suku was helping Ayesha (smirks). Viraj was doing his own work as he preferred staying away from Nisha when anger takes toll over her pain.
