Runners-up deserve prize money too

It's really sad to see that in all reality shows, only the winners walk off with the prize. Everyone who reaches the final spot deserves some token for their hard efforts.

I mean whether it's a music show or dance show, the runners-up never gets any prize, money or trophy. At least in NB, there was a runner-up trophy. But no money. In jDJ, neither sandhya nor jay got even a token.....nor did any of those in the music programmes....that would at least put some salve on their wounds.

All sports give either medals or prize money to the losers. Maybe the reality shows should start this as well.

I know all participants are paid an amount to participate but that's not the same.

i felt bad that jay was winner aong the guuys he should get some kind of tropy token that he is the winner among the guys but no.....only prachi got all the reward for her hardwork though she deserve it but jay too deserve something since he is the male winnera and sandhya being the 2nd...

i feel sports are good at least they have medal 1..2..3 positions which name gold..silver...bronze
NB is way better since they have trophy for runners-up but that freak rakhi never cherish it..she ruined all happiness

Yeah...In NB3 there is always a trophy..but JDJ during Shveta's time alos they din giv her anything though she deserved muc more...nd nw Jay also din get anything... 😭 😳 😕

i agree yaar...i also feel the same...atleast NB gives runners up a trophy...i think the channels can def manage some prize money for runners up/finalists also

I agree with you pippa...but then in celebrity game shows the celebrity really dont care for the money...rakhi has actually earned much more than 20 lakhs in NB3. It is not the money or car she wanted....she wanted recognition....she wanted appreciation and of course attention. At least in NB 3 they had a silver trophy....but there was nothing in JDJ. That was really bad na.

Talking about runners up prize.... i really appreciated Amit Paul also getting a car from Maruti for his excellent performance. But then Rakhi did not care for the car or prize money. All she wanted was the golden trophy.

Dont they get money per episode? But yes, runner ups shud get some prize too...

yeah i agree there should be some prize money for runner up too.

I think Rakhi just wanted to win she just could not bear the defeat. It's not about the prize money which is 20 lakhs, she makes 45 lakhs doing one show. It's not about the car also, she has one. Rakhi felt she had an upper hand over A&S cos she was a stage artist but I think Rakhi failed to understand that these shows are based on populrity true she herself is popular but then audience just did not support her the way she wanted 😕

I'm a Rakhi fan since her Big Boss days all the best to her and Abhishek 😊
