@Rein Maya's faade appears the reality and Saanjh's diffident nature also is seen as reality. Maya tries to hide her insecurities being bold, while Saanjh's diffidence I can very much connect to of a girl who comes into the professional environment, unsure of herself. Her love for Arjun. She just doesn't want to destroy her relation with Arjun. Fears if she confesses she will lose the friendship. Whatever Saanjh is, she is similar to a common girl of that age.

but i have a doubt , in that scene in hotel where she asks the help of a guard to drop her ... she goes to her vulnerable mode then within seconds she comes back to normal being bossy.. Does in real life do patients react like this? i mean how can you change your personality from vulnerable mode to normal one within seconds.😳

@mush Maya's only fear and Achilles heel seems to be her father. How it will come out is the question.
