Because I enjoyed the episode and found it quite natural so please dont judge me for loving the episode and not being angry on Dev😳😆
So, coming to the episode. .
Yesterday I found the arguement between Dev and Sonakshi very lame, I mean the very cause of Sonakshi's arguement with Dev had not addressed the real problem.
What was the real cause of the rift?
Sonakshi feeling out of the place in the house and Dev not speaking anything for her that day. Sona did not mind. But, when Dev changed his decision when Ishwari emotionally blackmailed him. . It just reinforced this 'out of place' feeling in Sonakshi's heart. This is what hurt her and rightly so.
Dev shouting on him was just his own way to shut out the fact that Sonakshi is not actually wholeheartedly accepted plus, he can't really take his decision using his mind and heart without taking into consideration the debts he has to pay throughout life.
Now, what the arguement had yesterday?
Sonakshi said
"Aapne jo humara first decison tha saath me, usse akele change kar dia"
As far as I could understand, Sonakshi and Dev never 'took' any decision, She suggested a possible step and he accepted the advice because he found it reasonable.
It wasn't a decision.
Plus, the rights Ishwari has or does not have in Dev's business. . The same rights Sonakshi has or is devoid of.
Sonakshi, let him be na if he thinks appointing Vicky is the best thing to do, his business will face consequences and he would understand. .
So Sonakshi should have been angry on Dev not talking about it and not him changing the decision, and there ain't any comparison to the vrat decision because there Dev had to face equal effect of the decision, he also had to keep himself away and this decision did not directly affect Sona.
Obviously, Dev has to understand here that him changing the decision without talking to her and after letting her hear so many taunts is making Sonakshi defensive about her position in his life, rightly so.
He is angry because he thinks Sonakshi can't understand his past and his anger is more of frustration and guilt that he can't explain it to her, and all these daily arguements are just adding to their separation.
What Sonakshi said was so right about Marriage, that it ain't rosy everyday. . Not like you show in movies.
Heroes in real life need not always be firm and good decision makers, they need not be perfect. . And yes, fights also happen. . A couple madly in love fights as well. Most often than not, ego and other negative emotions take over.
And it is easy to say that you don't make the ones you love cry, but tell me. . Does any parent/Friend/spouse ever make you cry intentionally? Never na, still when this happens. . You have no control over it. Thats life.
I loved the yearning Dev and Sonakshi had today❤️
Dev holding because of his ego, ego is not the appropriate word maybe, because he was angry because he felt he was the one who was perturbed about the fight and Sona wasn't affected😆
The problem was solved long back only, I mean the anger dissipated long back . .it just got stretched because he thought she is not disturbed by the fight. Dev is frustrated😆
I loved how his face brightened when watchman said "maalkin jagi hai"
Note, it reminded him of Sonakshi not Ishwari.
He enters inside and a cunning Ishwari pretends as if Sona never waited for him. .
For Dev, it wasn't about watching his wife standing there serving while he gorges the food, it was about care.
This made him feel that Sonakshi wasn't affected.
Tujhe fark nahi padta, mujhe bhi nahi padta.
It was that psychology from his side. .
Tu soti kyu nahi hai was epic🤣🤣
I totally understand his idea of not going to the bedroom, when you fight with someone and it affects you, some people avoid seeing the person they fought with, till that weird angry cum guilty cum sad sensation subsides. It happens with me.
This is why Dev avoided Eye contact with her.
Yes, his ego was a barrier and Sonakshi trying her level best to bring things to normal, (she is truly a gem😳) . . The moment Dev learns that the report would eclipse her wishes and maybe her happiness forever, he forgot everything and just ran.❤️
