I didnt understand its use .By now its clear that Dinesh loves to cook dessert and to get immunity pin he will go safe i.e by making dessert .
So Kunal and zoravar can guess who had made dessert .Also the Exceutive Chef of who competed with Dinesh is EC of Zoraver's restaurent .
Doesnt zoraver knew taste of his Execute chef's food ?

For the first time they are using the international format in India's MC.That immunity pin is thus very important and usually contestants win it only rarely and that too after several weeks into the competition since it shows their growth in being able to challenge a reputed chef

^ I agree with you. The only issue I had with is that Zorawar shouldn't have done the tasting. Since the professional chef came from his restaurant, he should have stayed back and Vikas should have done the taste test.

Actually I would have been angry if Dinesh won the immunity pin so early on. It gives him an unfair advantage at this time.

well I am really happy that they are using international format. But I am confident about this guy.
In a few weeks he will win hands down. Hope they include challenges like in Master chef Australia

Good point about Zorawar being the judge.

I think they are following the Asutralia format a lot by having the friendliest chef in the kitchen to nag and tease the chef playfully and of the three, Vikas looks the part. If they could have brought in a 4th person, I would have thought they would have got Ripu to come for that part.

They are using international formats a lot. Most of the three stage elimination round surrounding egg last night was from Junior Masterchef USA. Only the Indian judges weren't daring enough to test the meringue by letting it drop on their head 😆

You are back🤗 Hope you enjoyed Kolkatta and the festivities..

I think I have had an overdose of cookery shows. I seem to be seeing the same things repeatedly including that flower thing by Kunal (though the sweet inside must have been something different).

Have you ever made Japanese Cotton cake? It looks very fluffy. I might try the shortcut 3-ingredient one that was famous a couple of years back before trying the actual stuff.

LOL, reminds me of the kids pouring liquids on ramsey and other judges 😆
