Dev was good in the beginning of the episode and brownie point to him for noticing his mother's comment to Sona and trying to assure her.I was expecting and prepared to see him blurt Sona's role in his decision to his mother but in office??!

But, not the First Time in My Life > I am seeing Dev jumping to conclusion for Ranveer mistreating his sister before she had a chance to explain.

Not for the First Time in My Life > Ishwari is blaming Sona for everything. Next she will blame Sona for making Neha leave her husband, ISIS and Donald Trump.

That's not changing anytime soon.As I said above,Sona is the cause of everything.Even a sane advice by her will be considered wrong. Ishwari is an innocent angel and Sona is the devil.

In fact even ignore Dev's business. If he is stupid enough to offer inexperienced and unqualified Vicky the post of Sales Manager while his own sister is learning from scratch as an intern (who is probably better prepared for that role than Vicky after working in Dev's office for so many days), then let him face loss and lose his business. When the entire family has to rely on your salary, then they will realise your worth.
