It will definitely happen. What goes around, comes around. When Vicky will mess up Dev's business badly, when things start to unfold with Neha and GKB more, Ishwari will start to open her eyes. A day will come when she realizes her folly. It might be late for lot of things. But not very very late. Then comes Ishwari's realization and redemption along with Dev doing things because they are right and not just to make someone happy.
