leaders?

i couldnt resist confessing.but the pattern of chosing leaders,isnt it disgusting?
they needa answer all sorts of history n sports quesstions...i didnt like it. 😡

This competition started in August with all kind of things processes like Group discussions, essays, debates, news paper editorial etc. They may know history and other subjects as well... leaders need not be quizzers. Quizzing esentially is knowledge 30%, memory 40% and retrieval 30%. We may know many answers but can all of us answer always when asken within given time? I agree that level of quiz was not great ..but friends have we not seen our present leaders giving wrong answers for National anthem and National song.

Actually this program is not search if leaders.. but search of the Potential leader, which I feel is fine.
