At the evening

Amma made ishita to wear a red and golden combination kanchipuram sari,ishita was looking very beautiful but she doesn't having any glow on her face.after making her ready amma went from there.ishita was very tensed thinking about how will she broke the engagement.

"murugan aaj kisi bhi tharah raman ko time pe yehan pohchana nahi tho patha nahi mere saath kya hoga.she turned to see herself in mirror."nahi ishita tiu himmath nahi haar sakthi,tujhe kaise bhi karke aaj yeh engagement hone se rokhna hi hoga.apne aap keliye aur tere raman keliye..saying she sat in front of the vanity table thinking about ramans arrival.

after some time amma comes to her and takes her to the venue.when she entered the venue she see many peoples chitchatting there.seeing her appa comes to her and takes her to the center.appa introduced her to every one.

appa:good evening friends..evarukkum ennude namaskkaram.ithu enke ponnu ishita (she is my daughter ishita)jaise ki aap sab log meri beti ko janthe ho so now I welcome my future son in law mr.subramanium.he turned his face to welcome subbu to them.hearing his name ishita titled her head to see him.she see a man coming towards them wearing a royal suit. When she see his face she widened her eyes in shock recognizing the man.composing herself she said to her appa in alaw voice.,

ishita:appa iske saath aap meri rishtha karana chahthe ho?

appa:haan,yeh mere dosth ka beta hai.

ishita:aap keliye yeh aapka dosth ka beta hai par mereliye yeh mera professor hai.

appa:han patha hai mujhe.

ishita:aap ko patha tha,phir bhi aapne mere saath aisa kiya.

appa:dekho ishu ab bekaab ki bathe karne se kuch nahi hoga,chup chap mein jo keha reha hun wahi karo.(appa warned her in a agry tone)

ishita:nahi appa mein kabhi iskeliye nahi manungi.mein abhi jake use baath karthi hun.saying she began to go to subbu but at the nick time appa stoped her saying "agar tune aisa kuch kiya tho mujhse bura koyi nahi hoga aur meri baath na maan ne se tum bohoth pachthaogi bhi)saying he agrily glared at ishita,she turned her face to replay appa but at the time subbus appa announced the engagement time.ishita was glaring at appa agrily yet disappointed.appa told her to forward her hand to subbu but ishita didn't moved a inch from there,appa signaled amma to make ishita to do what he said. Taking her hand amma forwarded to subbu.when subbu noticed her bandaged hand he see towards his appa in a questioning look.

shivaram:vishwa yeh ishita beti ki haath ko kya hua?

appa:(stammering) woh..woh kal kitchen me kaam karthe waqth galthi se uski haath jal geyi thi,tum tension math lo koyi major problem nahi hai.subbu beta tum ring pehando use.

subbu:aise kaise pehanadu uncle.ishita ki haath me patthi legayi hui hai.

shivaram:han vishwa ab engagement kaise hoga.?

three of them busy at discussing about ishitas wond but she was seeing continuously towards the door way hoping ramans entry at eny time.

"raman kahan ho aap.ab thak aya kyn nahi,jaldi avo na isse pehale ki yeh log koyi solution nikal de:she said to herself under her breath.

suddenly she felt a hold on her hand.she see her appa was undoing her bandage from her burned hand.she tried to take her hand back but appa holded it very tightly.she was shocked to see her appas doings.

ishita:appa yeh aap kya kar rehe ho?mujhe dard ho rehi hai.

appa:(faking concern to her)kuch nahi hoga ishu,dekho mein yeh dheere se nikaal reha hun.

ishita:nahi appa mujh...before she can complete her words appa tightened his grip on her hand.she winced in pain but appa was least bothered about her.

she see towards the door way with a teary eyes to find raman,but he was not there.after undoing her bandage appa forwarded her hand to subbu and told him to make her wear the ring.subbu tried to put the ring on her finger.now she was very tensed abd she felt like her head is spinning.she was about to fell down to the floor,at the nick of the time two strong hands holded her by her waist.with a half opened eyes she smiled seeing the person whos arms is protecting her from falling.she whispered in her half conscious state "Ramannn"

at the next moment raman lifted her up to his arms.she rested her head near his heart listening to his heart beats.he glared agrily at appa.appa was shocked to see raman there and subbu was also shocked to see raman there.

appa:(coming forward to raman)tum..tmu yeha kyun aye ho?aur chodo meri beti ko.

raman:kaise baap ho aap,apni khud ki beti ki khilaf jaker aap uski sagaayi kar rehe ho.

appa:tum kon hothe ho yeh sab bolne wale.

raman:pyaar hun mein ishita ka.

appa:chodo meri beti ko,uski sagaayi ki time nikaltha ja reha hai.

raman:ishita ki yeh halath dekhne ki baath bhi aapko abhi bhi sagayi ki padi hai,shame on you mr.iyer.

appa:bakwas band karo.

raman:bakwas mein nahi aap kar rehe ho.sabke saamne kam se kam beti ki parva karne ka natak hi tho kar letha.

appa:shut up.,

raman:mujhe chup karane se kuch nahi hoga mr.iyer,pehale aap..before he can complete his words he felt ishitas hold on his shirt.ignoring avery ones presense he began to talk to her.

"jaan tension math lo dekho tere raman ageya hai,ab sab kuch teek kardunga mein"saying he turned his face towards amma.

raman:aunty ji ishita ka karma kahan hai?

hearing ramans question amma see towards appa to get his approval to tell raman.seeing this raman again said to her.

"aunti ji kam se kam aap tho apni beti ke bare me sochiye,please bathavo ishita ka karma kahan hai?

amma:woh..uppar..uppar hai

raman:thank you:saying he takes ishita to her room.)

shivaram:yeh sab kya hai vishwa?kon tha who ledka?

appa:calm down shiva hum iske bare mein andar jake baath karenge.saying he signaled amma to sent the guest from the venue.amma sented all the gusts after apologizing about the happenings.

inside a room

subbu and his appa was hell confused with the happenings,subbu tells to them that raman is his student at the college and he knows him.after giving much explanation about raman appa convinced them to do the marriage staightly without any engagement.

at ishitas room

after settled her comfortably at the bed he sat beside her caressing her hair lovingly. He called her name by tapping her cheek slowly.

raman:ishita..ishita...ankhein kholo jaan..

hearing his sound she slowly opened her eyes..seeing his face her eyes get teary,at the next moment she huggd him tightly like she will die without him.she was almost at him..he too hugged her back tightly and kissed on her forehead making her smile a little.after sitting like that for sometime he pulled her from him a little..cupping her face he dropped wet kissed on allover her face atlast he was about to kiss on her lips when they heard the door opening sound.composing themselves they see towards the door way..
