Hi
After the bomb blast Prem was declared dead. A burnt body was shown to family both Preet & Harman has seen. Police also gave the brothers things that were found near the body such as wallet. All these things and not being able to contact Prem made family believed him to be dead.
Funeral was held and family mourned for the loss.
Only person who did not believe his passing was his fiance Heer.
The younger brother of Prem, Preet stands by his future bhabhi and always being there for her as friend / brother. He understood her pain and tried his best not to blame or judge her for the peculiar behaviour at times or for her unflinching faith that her Prem / his brother is alive. She believes he will return to her.
Time moves on and many more troubles come to the Junejas.
Heer ends up in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan and sees someone who resembles Prem.
She was sure it is her Prem.
When she returned home to Ludhiana, she again bumps into the guy who resembles Prem.
She talks to him, tries to explain who he really is as she is very sure that it is Prem Juneja, her fiance.
The guys refuses to believe her and tells her his name is Gaurav Sharma.
Heer informs this to Junejas and everyone thinks she either hallucinated or had a dream.
All felt sympathy for her situation and her sister decides to bring Heer out of this "dream state" and points out she is hurting herself and family.
Preet feels that his future bhabhi is not hallucinating.
He also wants to be just supportive of her in whatever she believes in.
He steps forward and told his father that he will go with Heer to check if PB really is alive.
He finds out what Heer had said was true and that his brother lost the memory.
The information is kept from family because of the condition Prem is in.
Heer suggested Prem has to come home when he realizes his own identity.
Meanwhile there is more pressure given by their enemy Rishab Rampal.
He asks Heet ro marry him so that he would let Preet and the Junejas alone. Their business won't be affected any more.
Heer agrees. The Junejas are shocked. Preet was confused.
However Preet learns the reason why Heer has put her self in such a situation.
Heer wanted to make Prem remember his name and return to his family.
She feels if she and him are one and their souls are connected, he will somehow find a way to reach her and be with her.
The wedding was arranged to happen with Rishab Rampal but Heer is waiting to for Prem.
She expects every moment for him to walk in to the house and stop her marriage.
She keeps looking at the door for it to happen.
Earlier Heer had gone to Gaurav Sharma's house and gave invitation to her wedding.
Preet has also gone to invite Gaurave for the same and to remind him that his fiance needs his help. He informed he is Gaurave / Prem's younger brother Preet.
Like Heer and Preet the audience also waiting to see if Premeer are one will turn out to be true.
Whether Prem will let anyone marry his soul mate Heer.
