Rajendra asks Raj and Rani to return home but Surekha tells him that she wants them to return home with respect and dignity. Rajendra asks Raj as to what job did he get. Rani tells him that he is an executive officer in a firm called KK Enterprise. Raj feels bad for lying.
Raj and Rani return to their house. Rani seems very happy. Raj tells her that they got to now the truth because of her dad. He also promises to take her out when he returns from work. Rani tells him to work really hard so that they would be able to return home soon. Before Raj leaves for work, he asks Rani for his lunch but she tells him that she didn't prepare anything.
Cheenu comes to meet Rani and tells her that he has started speaking to Surekha, as he saw her giving them so much love. He then tells her that he is going to watch the animated film, Hanuman.
Aarti is cleaning the house when Cheenu comes. He hides a plastic lizard under the tablecloth and asks Aarti clean the table. When she does, she sees the plastic lizard and screams. Cheenu laughs at her. She runs after him but is unable to catch him. Surekha comes in between. She asks Aarti not to hit him, as he is just a kid. Aarti calls him naught but Cheenu tells her that she is a bad girl, as she fought with Raj and Rani. Aarti gets furious but Surekha asks her to go in the kitchen. She, then, tells Cheenu that he shouldn't behave that way with elders.
Raj is waiting for his boss outside his office when he sees Rani coming. He tries to hide from her. Rani goes inside the building and he hurries in, too. Rani is about to ask for Raj at the inquiry desk when Raj calls the secretary and asks her to give the phone to Rani. Rani asks him as to how did he know that she is there. He tells her that he felt her presence. She tells him that she was just joking about not preparing lunch. She tells him that she brought lunch and wants them to eat together. He tells her that he is in the middle of a meeting and she tells him that she'd wait but he tells her that it will take him really long and asks her to leave the lunch with the secretary and tells her to give it the boss's driver.
Raj checks on the AC of his boss's car and discovers that it is not working. He calls up the mechanic and tells him that he had called him up before and he hasn't yet arrived. Raj's boss, then, comes and asks him to take him somewhere. Raj tries to tell him about the AC but his boss is busy talking with a colleague. As Raj drives, his boss's colleague complains about the heat. Raj's boss tells him to turn on the AC but Raj tells him that it isn't working and he called the mechanic twice. His boss insults him. He tells his colleague that such people don't perform their jobs well and expect to receive a huge salary. The colleague says that such uneducated people don't achieve much in life. Raj is upset about this but remains silent.
