The Frequent posts of hating the Female leads and not being happy with the Screen space in the show and Why one is imp and other is not. For those who did not get the Characters yet and who are not understanding the IMPORTANCE OF THEIR FEMALE LEADS:
Why Is THE FEMALE LEAD GIVEN IMPORTANCE BEING A MALE CENTRIC SHOW as potrayed by GUL maam?
The most simplest explanation to your question above is... (If you have understood even a bit of the story only then you read ahead...or else just ignore the comment)
Out of the three brothers
The elder one- Shivaay is Wall of Family you must have heard that.. and it's shown perfectly. He is the Shield protecting HIS FAMILY, now ANIKA
Point 1. She being an orphan and deprived of family love, knows the importance of family ( This kind of love is Very different from that of what shivaay has for his family, both the love are equally genuine and meaning full but Anika knows the preciousness of having a family)
Point 2. She is to be paired opposite Shivaay Singh oberoi.. she is shown to be the Equally strong character to that of the MALE LEAD.. because SHIVAAY IS WALL she is The PILLAR. It's that simple. They are shown to be Gaurdians and Protectors of the family.. BECAUSE THEY PUT FAMILY BEFORE THEMSELVES.
She being the DIL of the family has the SAME RESPONSIBILITY AS THAT OF HIS HUSBAND.
Please please stop taking girls as a romancing material or a show doll. A FEMALE LEAD is not for only wearing Beautiful dresses and Dancing behind her hero and crying in the corner and sleeping with him and just be tagged. ANIKA IS HERE TO "COMPLETE" SHIVAAY and Be his backbone and for that SHE WILL BE SHOWN THE BIGGER AND STRONGER WALL THAN SHIVAAY.
Because BEHIND EVERY SUCCESSFUL MAN THERE IS A WOMAN.. Gul is just Showing this to be true out right.
The point where shivaay looses hope and sees no light.. anika starts her job from that point itself. Because that's what a partner is meant to be.
About Every Anti- ANIKA , Anti-SHIVIKA, Anti-SHIVAAY fans-
OMKARA is the Soul of the show , He is the heart His part of story is YET TO UNFOLD and so is RUDRA's.
A small explanation to prove their leads importance as well.
Om's lead will be shown MORE TOWARDS CHANGING OM's perspective towards life and people..
PAY ATTENTION TO THE SHOW
Shivaay and Anika has the tag line "KAHANI TAKKAR KI" It is already a self explanatory sentence. They will be fighters.
Om and his lead has the tag line "KAHANI RAAZ KI". This clears points to the fact that Om knows only the world he THINKS SHOULD BE. He is NOT READY TO ACCEPT THE WORLD TO BE GREY. He has is own terms own principles. And The problem is He doesn't think outside the box. He is a vulnerable person.And so When she enters and their story starts mind you she will be given equal importance and she will be shown anytime above Om because HER WHOLE AND SOLE REASON TO BE HERE IS CHANGING OM ( Your male Lead). She will show that Family as well as World outside has only one principle and that is, to break the principles. He will teach him that YOU CAN'T FOLLOW JUST ONE PATH, you will face circumstances and situations where you have to change your path.. because SOMETIMES - MORE THAN FOLLOWING THE RIGHT PATH, CHOOSING THE REQUIRED PATH is NECESSARY! That's how she will compete om.
For Rudra and soumya. First Let me remind you, they are the youngsters, the kids ( college going) and in any normal family in real life a college going couple never does the heavy and sacrificing responsibilities, not because they can't BUT BECAUSE THEY DON'T NEED TO . He is the Heart of the family.
They have a tag line " KAHANI DEEWANGI KI" They will have the love story The cheesy people here want.. who are not liking ANIKA BEING the Hero here.
Rudra and Soumya are the young lovers in the show. The the youngest and every young memeber has the responsibility to bind family with love. They will be the thread of love that they both will weave together to keep the family from breaking.
They are the Knot of the pack. Rudra is innocent ,childish , carefree but HE IS MATURE (Covered under his innocence) HE IS RESPONSIBLE( covered under his carefree nature) and HE IS POWERFULL( covered under his childish nature)
HE HAS THE STRENGTH TO dismiss the fight between his brother's. HE HAS THE COURAGE to show the mirror of fact to his brother's when they can't face it themselves. HE HAS THE POWER to Bring the Family back to ONE when they break apart.
BECAUSE when they say ONE FOR ALL, ALL FOR ONE. Rudra takes the All for one Too seriously. Not because he is weak, but because HE SEES the Unity in "ALL FOR ONE".
And his lead Soumya will be shown to uncover these characteristics of Rudra when the Time comes. She will Help him Grow. And yes she will teach him Life is not all HEARTS AND ROSES. And so he will reach the face of deewangi to fight the world to make it what is right. ( That is the reason his lead is shown to be a little Heavier side in terms of weight , it's just one point to tell us that Rudra will be the one breaking stereotypes and changing mentality)

To all those who think IN THIS MALE CENTRIC SHOW WHY FEMALES ARE GIVEN IMPORTANCE.
Women are no Show dolls and Love items. They are there to hold his hand and walk with him, when He is unable to.

For all those who did not get the point 2...
Right now the story is revolving around the REPUTATION AND PRIDE of family .. to save this YOU NEED MIND AND YOU NEED A STRONG WALL to save it from getting destroyed
AND SO SHIVAAY- ANIKA is given importance.
When the Truth of TEJ AND SHAKTI unfolds.. The fight of BLACK , WHITE GREY will come into picture.. the face to face fight between TRUTH AND PRINCIPLES
Thats WHEN OM AND LEAD will be given Importance.
When the family is breaking apart.
Thats WHEN RUDRA AND SOUMYA will be given Importance.
Please Let the show progress. The story has lot to show and is not even 20% through it. Along with your eyes use your mind too. This is a REALISTIC SHOW so much resemblance to Real World and Real people.
