Before making any opinion about this case...I would like to hear more details about it...like what kind of family does she belong to...I mean are they rich and well to do...how much is the woman educated?? What does Nawaz's brother do...I mean they had CCTV camera in their house??

Does anyone remember Karishma Kapoor accusing her millionaire husband of harassing her for dowry...I was like really woman?? That millionaire would harass u for dowry when he knows that u and ur family are not exactly rich..he might have harassed Karishma...but not for dowry but since dowry laws are lopsided towards women...many a times these educated women take the easy way out to harass their husbands and in-laws...one complaint and everyone is behind the bars...

So not going to judge Nawaz untill I know more details.

According to reports, the actor was having an argument with a woman over parking issue.

A complaint has been registered against Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui at the Versova Police Station in Mumbai by a woman alleging him of physical assault.

According to reports, the woman has accused that while having an argument over parking issue, Nawazuddin slapped her.

Speaking to ANI, the complainant, Hina Shaikh, said, "When a person started parking in society compound space, Nawazuddin Siddiqui's bouncers came and started opposing. When I started clicking pictures, Nawazuddin came out and physically assaulted me. Now that I have registered FIR, I don't fear anything."

Hina Shaikh's mother said, "We had served several notices to him to vacate society's compound space. Instead two bouncers were brought to oppose anyone attempting to park vehicle in the compound. When my daughter started clicking pictures, Nawazuddin and his brother assaulted her and verbally abused her."

Meanwhile, Nawazuddin's brother Faiz Siddiqui has completely rubbished the allegations of physical assault and called it 'fake'.

Ya. And when asked about this issue, he joked that it might be a RR 2.0 ka hangover and we were supposed to laugh over it or something. 😳
