Today's episode started with Dev handling Vicky and voicing something really important-The line between fun and disrespect should never be blurred or crossed.
What a beautiful line... You slayed with this one no words👏👏
Even GKB's words are a reflection of our society isn't it? Instead of reprimanding her son for behaving wrongly, she pointed fingers at Elena. Elena dancing does not give your son right to misbehave GKB.And then she stooped further when she provokes her son to take revenge.
Parenting is a whole new ball game by itself it does not have a guide book but certainly needs to follow certain rules!
Next we had a really sweet Devakshi scene.A short private dance to the tunes of Tu Mujme Mujse Zada hai .I must say I enjoyed that a lot more than their official sangeet dance because both were smiling and enjoying it and of course we had the KRPKAB touch with the song. And not to forget, this dance took place at their spot, in front of Sona's house. So many beautiful memories have been created at this place.A dance definitely worth re-watching.
It was beautiful and goofy
Dev has thankfully realised that he needs to cheer up and enjoy every moment in the present than worry about the future. So for me, this marks the beginning of their new journey.A happy beginning.
Amen
Ishwari- So according to her, Sona should take care of herself because if the mother is healthy then only the children are. When Sona gets pregnant, then Ishwari will treat her like a queen. So basically Sona is a baby maker for her now. From a toy to a baby maker! Amazing!
Ishwari, Sona does not have to be the mother of your grandchildren for her to be treated like a queen. Her being your son's wife and becoming a member of your family is reason enough.
Bua-As if Ishwari was not twisted enough.Bua had to go add fuel to the fire and tell her how the equation between God and devotee changes when a third person enters.Bua, some lessons for you
1.Ishwari is not God, she is human.
2.Dev is not her devotee but her son.
3.Sona is not coming between them, her relationship with Dev has a definition of its own.She will be the wife. Ishwari is the mother. There is no competition.
You said it all and how?👏
Also Bua has declared Sona as "teekhi" bahu who will need to be controlled by Ishwari.Somebody should really teach her the meaning of the words "human" and "relationships". If she is the teacher, I am not surprised with how the student Ishwari turned out.
I think this Bua character is just old fashioned. Though, Easwari may be one also
I loved the Bose family scene as usual. Elena,Saurab and dadi joking, Bijoy getting emotional and telling Sona that he will always be there for all three children even after marriage, that she should never hesitate to approach him if she faces any problem. The perfect father I would say.
The most perfect scene in my book
Then we had a ceremony where Ishwari gives the lehenga to Sonakshi and on the other hand we see Bijoy holding a saree which he had always dreamt of seeing Sona in, at her wedding. Now let's see how Sona honours the words she said to Neha during her wedding when she is faced with this dilemma of choosing between the two attires.Though we have seen Sona wearing the saree in segments, I wonder would the CVs make her go back on her own words or will we see an acceptable solution to this?
All in all, it was a sweet and warm episode, with the drama toned down thankfully. Tomorrow we get to see Haldi ceremony going on at both Dev and Sonakshi's respective homes. Will they be able to stay apart till marriage as per the traditions or will they manage to sneak past their families and meet? It'll be fun to watch.
I can't end this without saying how gorgeous Sonakshi was looking during the ceremonies and Dev so handsome
Yes they were looking beautiful Especially Sona I dont know whether it was the actress or the character had a beautiful glow in her face be it at the engagement or at her home with no make up
