Kangana Ranaut was quite the head turner at the red carpet of the 8th edition of GQ Men of the Year award on Tuesday evening. Dressed in a deep neck off-shoulder, the lady again proved why she is celebrated for both her acting chops and a keen sense of style.

At the awards, Kangana spent time catching up with her industry colleagues. And she soon found a friend to chat up with and it happened to be none other than heartthrob Ranveer Singh. The duo greeted each other warmly and were also seen sharing a few laughs. While we certainly would love to see this talented and beautiful pair together in a film, wonder what Deepika Padukone has to say about this new-found friendship between Ranveer and Kangana.
Kangana also spoke about how she felt when others looked up to her for inspiration as a fashion icon. Kangana was modesty personified and said, "I think this is a big surprise to me also but there are a team of people who work with me and lots of credit goes to them as well."
While she may be an inspiration to many, the actress herself doesn't draw inspiration from any particular figure. "There is no inspiration as such. I just tend to get inspired with places, fashion runaways and people."
For those interested in fashion and knowing the current trends, Kangana said, "I think people are lot more aware than I am. They follow so many designers on Instagram and other social media that they are aware of all current trends
