Amidst all the hulla-gulla the MNS have been creating, Karan Johar gave his statement about how he feels about the MNS ultimatum. A rather disheartened Karan seems to not being able to handle the pressure anymore. He has decided to take a break from the tense situation.
KJo has decided to the leave the country from sometime. Thus, he has flown off to Lisbon, to his best friend, Shah Rukh Khan. SRK is presently shooting for the second schedule of Imtiaz Ali's The Ring, which also stars Anushka Sharma.
Karan has decided to be away till matters cool down. The political outrage was in sight of the recent Uri attacks, following which the MNS have asked all Pakistani artists to leave the country. Karan Johar's next directorial, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil will have Pakistani sensation Fawad Khan in a pivotal role.

But I dont understand why is he going to Lisbon to meet SRK...he should be going to Islamabad & Rawalpindi to meet the Army Chief & Intelligence Chief instead ...and convince them to stop the T export business to India...Since in his interview yesterday, he has proposed that sanctions cant resolve issues...it can only happen through proper dialogue ...Gyaani KJo can go sarhad par and show us how it is done...Jaa Kjo jaa...kar lo apni quaish puri...

...aur ek biryani diplomacy try karne mein kya problem hai...one never knows...his seductive charm may work on the Chief...even if the talks fail and the Chief's refuse to shut down the T factory... koi baat nahi...he can use the meeting as an inpiration to make a movie..."Kabhi Biryani, Kabhi Bum (Bomb) " 😃

...and given his business skill may be get the money to make a fool proof security barrier to stop T gang from entering india...as recommended by lot of folks here.😛

He is creative and may be going to do some creative activity there with SRK ..
