Mansi and Modi Bhavan

If someone mortgages their property does the title simply pass on to the person who got the mortgage.
If it was so easy, there would be nothing called bad loans in banks.
Banks can simply sell the property mortgaged and recover the loan.

Its not as simple as that. The Modi's instead of doing all this drama can appeal to a court and get a stay and even evict the Rahejas from Modi house.

They can file a case in court. Court will not grant Mansi a right over the property unless the Modi's cant / don't pay the loan amount.

The Modi's can simply pay the loan amount and take the papers back right royally.

There could be some illogic to support the drama. But this is really ridiculous.

This serial is simply thriving on illogic story. There is no logic in any point.

The law is always shown in a wrong way in this serial.

The Modi's supposedly successful business men do not have an iota of brain.

I really wonder if anyone so dimwitted can survive in present society leave alone be successful in business.

The modis have paid the amount but mansi has not given the papers. The modis can file a court case on property as well as annulment. The cv's are fooling the public.

Jigar should not have paid back the money till he got his papers.

What if Mansi denies that Jigar has repaid her the loan amount.
