I disagree with you. Yes Mani face changed but not for good but he was thinking how to destroy Ishita. If you look at it whenever Aliya goes against Mani wishes he retaliates to Ishita. Aliya went against his wish to see Adi he came to court to take revenge against Ishita by snatching Pihu. Aliya went to see Adi he came with Singhal to destroy the business.
