A leading production house recently announced one of their most ambitious projects with a top-billed actor with whom they have done a couple of very successful films in the past. Joining the superstar in the cast is also an industry patriarch. So far, so good. Now we hear that the production house wants to sign on a leading lady who is 28 years younger than the A-lister. The young girl is a top heroine in her own right, she is flattered but aghast at the thought of having to romance a 50-plus hero. She knows it may be great for his career, but she is not sure what it will do to hers.

Age isn't that big an issue cz all 3 khans romanced a 23-24 years younger Anushka and a 20yrs younger DP too and specially when the girls were in their teen years. And it looked fine.
But problem here is unlike Anu or DP, Alia doesn't even look that grown up! She looks like an adorable kid! And it will be gross to see any of these old men who probably once upon a time picked her up in their arms as a baby romance her! They can play her dad way more convincingly! 🤔


And seriously it's about time they went along with some of their own contemporaries also at least for some movies! And not find children to romance opposite them 🥱

I don't see a problem with the age difference...but the problem would be that she will look like a bachhi...she looks like a kid even with people like Sid and Varun who are her own age😆
