Raman was crying and appa was just caressing his back lovingly .after sometime his hiccups lessen and he said- thank u sir for being with me in my hard time,I wasn't understanding how to face u all ,I was so ashamed of ,
Appa- why r u ashamed of something which u didn't do.
Raman look at him all confused not getting what he wanna say.
Raman- main kuch samjha nahi sir.
Appa sat beside him on the ground and said- I will make u understand but first call me appa as ur gudiya calls me.
Raman- gudiya.
Appa- yes ur gudiya, my ishu.tumhe usse hi gudiya bulate ho naa.
Raman nodded.
Appa- then call me appa as ur gudiya call.yes I know I am not ur father and trust me I don't wanna take his place,but want to take care of u as my son,want to love u ,pamper u and scold u as my child.will u give me this permission. Agar thik naa lage toh,
Raman didn't let him complete and said- no I love to see u as my father,and u can't take my father's place in my life coz he don't have any place in my life.unhone takleef ke siva mujhe aur maa ko diya hi kya hai,that he can have any place in our life.
Appa took Raman in side hug and said- then can I tell u something as my boy.
Raman nodded.
Appa- I know kanna,joh kuch hua hai tumhare saath bahut galat hua hai.but kanna noone can change it now.so it's better to leave the past behind and move ahead.
Raman- itna asaan hai kya appa,my father,who use to love me alot,ek din achanak mujhe chod kar chale gaye.every time when I think that he must be showering his love on someone else,the love which I deserves, my heart fills with hatred for my father and everyone.
Appa- and in this process u r hurting ur mother also.
Raman look at him all confused.
Appa- raman jitna tumne saha hai,jitne taane tumne sunne hai duniya se usse kahin jyada tumhari maa ne sune honge.ab tum bade ho gaye ho kanna,now it's time to heal ur mother's wound but u r so engrossed in ur own pain that u r not at all concerned about her.kabhi socha hai unhe kaisa lagta hoga tumhe itni takleef mein dekh kar.Raman it's time to stand with ur mother,and become her support. She needs u ,aur aisa tum tabhi kar paoge jab apne gham se bahar aaoge.I am not telling to come out of it today only,but atleast try Raman, we r with u,main,amma aur tumhari gudiya.agar hamare liye,apni maa ke liye nahi toh kam se kam apni gudiya ki muskurahat ke liye,u know naa how much she adores u,how much she want to see u happy.karoge naa koshish hum sabke liye.
Raman nodded and said- I will become a responsible boy appa,for maa,gudiya,amma and u.I will overcome this loss appa,I will overcome.he said determined making appa smile.
Appa- so I think now we should go home as ishu will be up and looking for me may be us.saying so he was getting up only to feel a tug on his hand.
Appa turn only to see raman holding his hand.
Appa- what happened kanna.
Raman- I didn't hurt her appa,trust me.
Appa- I do trust u Raman,come let's go home .
Soon they were off to iyer mansion.appa stop at a bakery shop and buyed a cake .
Raman- why appa.
Appa- aise hi ,for a new start.he said smiling.Raman too purchased some chocolates, appa was paying for it but Raman paid for it.
Appa- for ishu.
Raman smiled and nodded.soon they went home only to see ishita sitting on the couch making a grumpy face.madhu was trying to feed her but she wasn't listening.
Madhu- appa aate honge kanna,kha lo.
Ishita- no way,where appa went.mujhe chod kar kahan chale gaye.I will eat from his hand only.
Madhu was trying hard but she wasn't listening to her.
Ishita- appa chahiye,bas chahiye .
Madhu- uff ishu,now u r troubling amma,u r good girl.naa.eat silently or amma will never talk with ishu.
Ishita nodded and about to start eating when she heard,why u r scolding my little princess madhu .
Ishita raised her head and saw her appa coming smiling.she ran to him and hugged him tight.appa too hugged her.
Ishita- aap kahan they appa,see ur princess got hurt.she said innocently showing her wound.
Appa kissed her forehead and said- I saw it bachcha.see what and whom appa brought for u.
Ishita tilt her head only to see raman coming with a box of cake smiling.
Ishita- Raman,she signalled appa to put her down.he put her down ,she went to Raman and said- what was the need to twist his hand,sabne bahut daanta hoga naa.woh param toh hai hi ganda bachcha,u shouldn't have done this.
Raman sit on the floor on his knees and said- how can I leave someone who hurt my gudiya .he touch her wound softly and asked- is it paining.
Ishita- thoda saa.she said smiling making him smiling too.
Toshiji and amma-appa was happy seeing them together.Raman was looking better then before.toshiji look at Mr iyer with grateful eyes.
Ishita- isme kya hai Raman.
Raman- appa brought cake for us .
Ishita- cake,yummy.let's cut it.
Appa - yes it's for u two only,cut it.we all will have it .but before that tell me what happened.
Ishita settled down on the sofa and start narrating.
Flashback
It was lunch time,ishita went to Raman's class to have lunch with him but he wasn't anywhere.param was sitting there having his lunch,he was very angry coz in morning he had a tiff with Raman when he passed an ugly comment on a girl sitting beside him.so he complained about param to teacher and teacher had punished him and everyone had made fun of param.so he want to take revenge from Raman.
When ishita entered the room she saw only param there so she asked him- param bhaiya,Raman kahan hai.
Param boiled in anger hearing his name.he got up and went near her.she got scared and start taking steps backward.
Ishita- param bhaiya,kya hua.she asked innocently.
Param came very near to her and caged her in between his hands and arms and said- main bhaiya,aur woh Raman.kaun hai tera,boyfriend hai kya.
Ishita- mujhe jaane dijiye bhaiya.she said scared of him.
Param- aur agar nahi jaane diya toh.kya karegi,uss Raman ko bulayegi.aur woh phir meri shikayat karega.let him do.
Ishita- please jaane do naa bhaiya.she said folding her hands.
Param move aside and said- OK ,go.
Ishita wiped her tears and start walking out of the class when he pushed her .she fell on the desk and it start bleeding.
Ishita winced in pain while param smirked and said- jaa aur bol apne Raman se meri shikayat karne ko.but let him remember that every time he complained against me,u will have to pay for it.bahut chaheti hai naa tu uski.he was saying when he received a punch from raman and before param can react ,Raman twisted his hand and caged him between his arms.param struggled to loosen his hold but it was getting stronger.
Raman- how dare u touch her.jaan le lunga teri.
Ishita signalled him to leave her.Raman saw her bleeding wound and left param in a jiffy.he ran to her and picked her in his arms.
He caressed her forehead lovingly and asked- r u OK.
Ishita nodded in no and said hugging him- it's paining Raman.
Raman tied his hanky on her forehead and took her to the first aid room for bandage.
Flashback end
Ishita cried and said hugging appa- woh bahut ganda tha appa,he was scaring me and pushed me.agar Raman nahi hote toh woh mujhe woh mujhe,she couldn't complete because of her increasing hiccups.
Appa hugged her tight and said- no kanna,rote nahi.u r my strong bachcha naa.aur Raman tha naa tumhare saath.how can someone hurt u.stop crying bachcha.he said wiping her tears.
Ishita- mujhe bahut darr lagaa tha appa.u please punish him.
Appa- haan mera bachcha,I will make him punish.so that he can never hurt my princess.now stop crying.let's cut the cake and have it.
Ishita wiped her tears and nodded smiling.
Ishra cut the cake together ,fed each other and everyone.toshiji was happy seeing Raman happy.
Raman went to toshiji and said- maa I troubled u alot naa,but now I will be ur responsible bachcha.I will always be with u.aapko kabhi akela nahi chodunga like Papa left us.I will be ur strength maa.forgive me for all the pain I gave u in past years.I will make u proud maa.aapki har baat manungaa.aapko kabhi nahi rulaunga.sorry maa.he said and hugged toshiji tight.
Toshiji was overwhelmed hearing those words from him.till now she was fighting against the world alone but now she got her son as her support.she was too happy.
After sometime madhu bring food for everyone and start serving ishra first as they hadn't ate anything since morning.
Toshiji went to Mr iyer and thanked him for his support to Raman.Mrs iyer came to them and said- santoshi,why u r saying thanks. We should say thanks.aaj Raman ne hamari ishu ki jaan bachayi.agar woh nahi hota toh, I can't even think meri bachchi ka kya hota.vishwa u please punish that boy.now I want him to be rusticated.how dare he tortured my baby.she said almost crying.
Appa hugged amma and said- I will take care of everything. Stop crying.
Amma- meri bachchi vishwa,he scared her.agar usne kuch dobara karne ki koshish ki toh,who will save her.hum uske liye bodyguard rakh de.
Appa smiled and said- she has naa one bodyguard.
Toshiji and amma asked in unison- who.
Appa signalled towards ishra and said- see,he is her personal bodyguard. Woh usse kabhi kuch nahi hone dega.all three smiled seeing ishra together while ishra were lost in their own world .Raman was feeding her while she was go on talking .he was just smiling and listening her endless talks admiring her.
