pritam stealing tunes is nothing new, I am surprised he got "inspired" by a popular song this time😆

It's actually similar yeah. This is Pritam we're talking about.

Aren't most songs nowadays anyway? Gone are the days of 90-00s good music. I miss those golden days.😭

that is not true at all, BW always got "inspired" by western, oriental and arabic music. Whether this era, 90s, 80s or even way back to 40s. Originality is always disputed, main reason being, our Indian classical music is neglected and Western genres are always dominant.

I didnt get the logic of this thread! Is there any songs which is not fully copied or inspired? One cannot make any song until he is inspired to certain extent.
Copying, Pasting, Inspiration have been in the part of it since stone age. since we learnt to fire the fire.

If this is considered copied, then 90% of the songs are copied.

Bulleya they have taken inspiration from this song Bandya Ho Bandya- film Khuda Key Liye".
What ever the copy but it's a bad copy, the singing & music brings down the whole song. They could not blend the eastern & western musical instruments well at all.

That era was NOTORIOUS for "copying" songs!! Don't kid yourself. Get educated.

The guitar riff in Bulleya is SO BASIC - it's so simple. It's a 1/2 by 1/16 riff. So DAMN standard. Anyone who had ever held a guitar has probably played the 4-second tune within minutes.

People who don't know about first grade musicality will cry "copied".
