The character/stability of the biological parents of the kid...who, why what of pihu being abandoned by her mother, treated or not treated well by her family by her father et ...obviously in normal cases the court woukd listen to all family members, neighbours, friebds, school authorities to ascertain this. .here since shagun was part white ..part black or so,me weird shade..cvs cannot show this..so they skipped it...
Mani could have also been called I'm here to probably tall about ishita here..since he had known her for the 7 yrs she was away from the child and how she was in pain for the loss of one child and not bring able to be with the other 2..
None of these testimonies would alone be enough thoigh...
Most importantly they needed to make sure the woman the child is being handed over to..is a good mother. .and for that they just needed to see where and with whom her biological kids are with.and read those case histories if need be...And ask those children to talk about their mother. .
Documents if any woukd have to come with a thousand supporting affidavits. .how can shagun sign a surrogacy doc and a BC too as m other. .if she did wrote on the BC that she is the mother or raman did..which document n states that shagun is the partner/spouse of raman to claim that..because if 2 unmarried people have put their names on a child's BC ..then that document n is invalid as I'd I'm india..again there is a long procedure to validate this. ..
This court custody has had to be the worst in the history of yhm...just like we were sayin. .cvs dug a hole. .now they don't know how to get out of it...and they have to show pihu with shagun to move to next drama ..so kuch bhi case...😆
