Bogummie...

Why din't we get more of him much before!! He's such a powerbox of talent... but he's been recognised in the last one year only... his role of Sung-Ho who's the psycho killer but still seemed pitiful in Hello Monster, he earned many fans with this role. I did watch this drama but was more into Seo In-Guk. Then came Reply 1988 where it felt like he was squeezed in as the hero to the love-story, his character din't attract many as the story majorly revolved around RJY. Again I failed in noticing him. He has gained a large popularity by now.

Moonlight drawn by the winds/Love in the Moonlight where he's playing the crown prince Hyomyeong is the present running show. As expected it is running with some of the highest trp's in the chart and as each week passes by breaking its own records. Last week it scored 20% and it can be considered very high for a mon-tues drama.

Leave the ratings aside, the overall drama is a power-packed sageuk where everything is just perfect or even if we say top-notch it isn't exaggerating. We have our cutie Kim You-Jung who's the main female lead for the 1st time (😃parent feel, child grew up so much) opposite Bogummie. Their chemistry, physics, biology whatever it is, is crackling. The plot, direction, editing, OST are all a bonus. But whats most special is Bogummie... I'm in short of words to actually express his acting prowess. His eyes speak a lot by which we would wonder how such a young guy is delivering such amazing performance. The subtle expressions which he alters in every few seconds is so damn noteworthy.

I don't think anyone should miss this drama, if not for plot we can definitely watch it for Bogummie. He's got a life-long admirer in me when I'll be excitedly looking out for his every project.
