You actually gave such a simple, cute and yet meaningful story brief of Shivika😳

You have already been bored countless of times from me on WA on how much i'm loving and enjoying Shivika😆, so wont add anything more to such a beautiful description and analysis...

and as far as what is missing between Shivika, that is the intensity between them, because in a way all their scenes have been majorly comedy ones, where they did connect or fought, but however they never opened themselves up to each other...

Anika knows SSO is a wonderful brother, and for time being she's giving him the benefit of doubt for everything, however what does she really think of him as a person? as a man? that is still not yet known! all the respect she has for him is due to his actions for his brothers!

SSO however had a glimpse of Anika's life when she was talking about her version of love, knows she's a honest person... but apart from that both never really entered each emotional space yet😳

Once they do, once they start seeing themselves exactly for what they are, Shivika will automatically become epic

and love i know you have so much hope for Ishkara, well i hope your wishes are satisfied🤗

Damn ! That was deep girl ! But yeah ... All that you said reflects everything that their relationship is going through ... I feel like after that MMS leak their relationship is gonna get a bit more light to it...

About IshKara.. I feel like they need to start from the start and study the characters a bit more deeply because of their complexity and of course because omkara is a passionate person in a relationship. So, I feel like they r gonna get their start from some other kind of turn to their story something that is way too drastic or affecting...

Lovely post. I enjoyed reading your take on the progression of their relationship, their character traits and what exactly draws them to one another.

I concur with you on the point about memorable moments. I've always enjoyed a delineation of emotional turmoil, angst, internal conflicts and the subtle interplay b/w characters when it comes to my ships.

Shivika too has had such moments...but sometimes the comic track is interspersed with these moments which tends to lessens the impact. Like, the last scene which I enjoyed in this regard was the one where Anika talks about love and Shivaay is completely drawn in and is engrossed listening to her...I'm a sucker for emotional heavy duty scenes like these.

I'm hoping that in the future as Shivaay comes to know of her plight and understands her better...there will be more amazing scenes in store for us. They're increasingly melting towards one another and have developed this amazing camaraderie...I'm waiting to see how it transcends into something deeper!

I however disagree with you on the leak thing.😳 I guess the moments they shared were too personal to be leaked to the outside world. I'd like them to introspect on their changing dynamic after watching the video

That was a nice read!

I agree the way Shivika's story has progressed it's quite natural and believable. I hope they don't jump to the "love part" that fast because there is still a lot of scope for their bond to actually develop and strengthen. I have faith in Gul and Co. they will take care of their masterpiece.

As for Ishkara, although many people here are disappointed but I still think that this jodi has potential. Their story can have both depth and intensity (even after all that mala bela track). Om views world differently than others. It will be a treat to watch ishana tackle this man 😆

All in all ishqbaaz is a great show and I hope it remains so 👍🏼

Yeah, that's what I feel too. Of course, they're both going to be hurt by the entire fiasco, but a lot will change between them. The humiliation and awkwardness that they may face might pave way for something far deeper..

Oh you stole the words from my mouth! IshKara have a lot of potential.. Kunal's flawless and magnificent portrayal of Omkara has a lot to do with it. Yes, he is a highly passionate individual which is evident from his conversations with Riddhima. The writers will have to wipe the slate clean, though it does look difficult at the moment. But yeah, I'm still being hopeful about Ishkara simply coz both Vrushika and Kunal have the ability to make it something worth remembering, provided the writers don't mess up again.

Hi.. Thanks for writing back. Your take is quite impressive..

And yes I agree too.. There's just too much happening around them, which is kinda normal considering it's a multi-starrer show.. But sometimes I feel comedy overshadows the poignant feeling that one expects of Shivika.. They're such interesting characters, and terrific actors in their own right.

The chemistry is very much there, sparks do fly at times, but we go back to square one.. Of course, it's pointless to expect pacey tracks from a daily soap, but well, I do hope the upcoming track puts everything in place.

Ditto! That scene gave us a glimpse into the 'real' Anika, one that she convincingly hides behind her strong and cartoonish self.. Her dreams, her expectations from life and love - it was quite endearing to watch. And Shivaay looked like a love-sick puppy, though he's far from being one..

Oh btw, I don't mean the MMS should have been leaked. Of course, it wasn't something for a third person to witness. But the very fact that Rudra captured it on camera, and spoilers about the upcoming track hint at a possible public humiliation point towards a shift in their relationship for sure.

Whether Shivaay accepts those changes willingly or fights against them to the best of his ability remains to be seen.

Yes, unfortunately, after getting my hopes dashed by Gul and Co. 5 times in a row, I still stand by the fact that they make some truly memorable love stories. So, yeah I do have some hope left..

Very true.. As for Shivika, I really hope rumours about the hate-forced marriage do not come true, coz it's a very old, over-used formula by Gul herself. There is so much more to Shivika than all of that.. For starters, Shivaay needs to start seeing Anika for the kind-hearted yet lonely person she is.. And Anika needs to understand him and his thoughts better before they actually fall in love..

Yeah IshKara is my favourite ship here, to be honest. Not because I'm a fan of either of the actors, but I really feel the depth that the writers have wanted to give to both the characters.. While they've outdone themselves with Omkara, they did fail a bit with Ishana.. I really hope things change when they start over..

And yes, for Om to finally feel something other than hatred and indifference for the girl, she needs to switch off her conwoman mode. Else, he isn't going to fall for her. Ever!

It is... I'm quite surprised myself.. Never imagined that Gul could make something so meaningful and endearing after the disastrous butchering of her previous shows.. But well, Ishqbaaz certainly is here to stay.

They really need some time off from the comedy to introspect about their changing emotions.. And I guess that's where the upcoming track will help. They will perhaps get to see a sheltered side of each other, unknown to many.. And that will make this story truly beautiful.. I'm keeping my fingers crossed behna..

Oh well.. Did you read about spoilers of a vengeful Ishana coming back? Grrr.. If it actually is true, we'd have to accept that Gul and Co. truly haven't learnt from their past mistakes and that they're actually a sinking ship.. I might just start shipping Om and Riddhima then.. 🤪
