Prologue:
"I'm Anjali Raizada Shashi ji." Shashi saw a girl in her thirties standing greeting him folding her hands at his threshold.
"I don't remember if we have met beta." Shashi replied hesitantly trying to remember if he saw her anywhere in the recent time.
"No uncle we haven't. Umm...may i come in." She asked sheepishly.
"Sure." He got on the side giving her space.
"I wanted to talk to you for your daughter's proposal..." shashi grew confused and scared of the talk about it, even to think about it. He somewhere knew the direction of today's discussion and he desperately hoped that what he expects doesnt happen.
"Go ahead..." Anjali could sense the tensed situation. It seemed to her that Shashi didnt want to carry forward this talk but was forcing himself for the courtesy only.
She really hoped something would work for her and she gets successful in her mission.
"Khushi...me and my nani liked her so much. I didnt know her until we tasted her sweets she sends to the orphanage every Sunday for the kids. I got to know about your shop so i could give you our functions orders too but when i entered the shop, Khushi caught our eyes."
"But beta.."
"I have my brother uncle. Arnav Singh Raizada. He's a business man. We loved Khushi so much uncle. If you.."
"We dont want any alliance for her now Anjali beta." Shashi said rudely making Anjali flinch at this unexpected tone.
"I dont wish to talk more about it."
"But uncle..."
"You can leave now." He again said a little more rudely cutting her in between.
"Anjali ji." Khushi called and she heard a melodious voice as she was about to leave this house with a gloomy mood. She really hoped this would work out but it didnt.
She turned around.
"I'm married."
