From the time when creating a unique or character with deformities seemed impossible, we have certainly cme a long way. Take films like Fan, Robot 2.0 or I, for example. Now,Vidya Balan is going to go down the same route, with Kahaani 2.
The prequel had Vidya faking a pregnancy with a prosthetic stomach to nab the criminal. Now, the actress who has already started shooting for the sequel will be seen in a completely different look. In fact, she might seem unrecognisable.
Says a source from the sets, "Vidya has prosthetic experts working on her face extensively everyday. She will have a lot of make-up and prosthetics used throughout the film and it's difficult to identify her."
The source also adds, "Vidya is sitting for hours to get the look in place daily. Kahaani has a huge recall value and the makers are aware of the stakes. They want to present Vidya Bagchi in a never seen before avatar. There will be a lot of shock elements in Kahaani 2 as well."
Vidya is currently wrapping up the first schedule of the film in Kolkata and will fly back to Mumbai in a few days. But knowing how she pulled off all the six looks in Bobby Jasoos, expect firecrackers from this one!
