Think he is just taking Suman there to convince her to have a lavish wedding. Suman will not agree to a weeding without rituals and without nanaji etc. So he is just playing with her I will do it simple and my way, so that she agrees to his way... There will definitely be a lavish wedding, how can the leads not have a proper wedding? They are trying to show Suman was forced to agree to the lavish wedding bit... and all thru the ceremonies they will show some tension or the other, more scope for drama but finally the wedding will happen and then more drama
