I am wondering if it happens in reality especially when kinnar knows that mother is not willing to give away the child. And can an adult be forced to stay with a kinnar community against their wish? Are they not exaggerating in the show?

ya it can be happened. But it is rare case because 90% parents disowns their children after knowing their sexuality.

But in this case they took the child against mother wishes. And she is not even a child , she is an adult and they almost kidnapped her that does not make any sense. 😭

Legally they can't. But parents choose to give them away to save face in the society.

If kinnars come and try to take the kid away, parents can't call neighbours or police for the same reason and give in. In some cases they successfully hide the fact, but here Maninder was the whistle blower.
