So mani-shagun's pihu custody spoiler maybe false?

So the latest spoiler is saying that initially mani will have adi arrested for acid attack on adi but will then take his case back as he would realise that adi could never do such a thing. That means that the spoiler about mani going against ishita and filing for joint custody for pihu with shagun is most likely false. I have noticed that majority of the spoilers for yhm are always false so i'm not too worried.
