What does Milsi want?

I am puzzled by Milsi's behaviour in the last couple of weeks. What exactly does he want? After the kidnapping fiasco, he told Prachi he wanted to divorce her because she only brings pain and there is no sign of her ever feeling any remorse for her deeds. Now what would he have cited as the reason for the divorce considering that he did not Baba to know the 'truth' that she is Ritwik's mother?

Even before he could figure out what he wanted to do and how he would go about it, he gets to know from Ayesha that Prachi told Baba the 'truth' and Baba was upset about it,locking himself in his room. I fully understand his fury when he blasted Prachi for not keeping the 'truth' from Baba and asked her to leave. Now, Baba after being aware of the 'truth' is still supporting his daughter-in-law and threatening to throw out anyone who dares to question her. Milsi seems to be more angry now. I dont understand that.

Given that he wanted to keep the 'truth' from Baba because he was apprehensive about his health, should he not be relieved that Baba has weathered that storm and has accepted Prachi? What did he expect Prachi to do? Now if he wants to divorce Prachi how will he get his Baba to approve of it? Or does he now think that his Baba is strong enough to accept that Milsi can no longer live with his wife and hence is not bothered how he will react?

optimist good questions but yaar our creative geniuses are soo overworked with the exceptionally interesting and sensible maa kaun?baccha kaun??main kaun?? track that such petty issues must have simply slipped from their mind.....

on a serious note milind no longer knows what he wants ..it is he reacting to what ayesha wants.....he loves prachi to death even after everything which is very obvious after every passing episode ,is angry with himself for it and whenever he is near to contemplating the reality there comes his nemesis ayesha neev shergill who has taken to touring his bedroom her latest passtime .......

milind thinks divorce and sending her away from him is the solution to this which we know is not plus baba's whole take on this issue is very fishy or sensless 😕
i really have no idea how milind is going to divorce prachi without baba in the picture.

i have a feeling that a party for no reason is the location for the truth to be out with dhamaka...if the old man survives that i bet he has been faking attacks for quite sometime now.

I think the reason why Milsi appears to be more angry now is because Milsi feels that Prachi has totally made a fool out of Baba's emotions, and taken advantage of Baba's trust by spinning some story that Ritvhik is not her son so she could stay permanently in SM and has succeeded in pulling the cotton over Baba's eyes😕

and I agree with Alveera, Milsi looks like he is in 2minds about the divorce, notice his facial expressions when Ayesha is rambling on in Michi's room in Mon's epi.

I think Milsi needs to get out of SM, or Prachi needs to get out, so he can start to think clearly and realise the importance of Prachi in his life because with Prachi constantly in his face, all he can see is her 'betrayal'.

Better still, he needs to go for a loong drive minus Ayesha breathing down his neck instigating the poor fool.

But Yasmin, if Baba had not been told the 'truth' he would still be fooled into believing his daughter-in-law in innocent, would'nt he? So as far as pulling the wool goes, Baba has already had that over his eyes. And how was he going to throw her out of SM without Baba knowing the reason?

He needs to realise that now it is only him and Ayesha on the one side who have heard Prachi's version of the 'truth' and believe she is guilty. He can count Ayesha out from any reasonable behaviour because she does have a huge axe to grind with Prachi and would be willing to believe anything about her. The rest of the family including his Baba have heard it and yet believe in Prachi's innocence. Now that should set him thinking, should it not? How is it that Prachi has managed to convince everybody? What has she told them that they are willing to believe her innocence even after her confession? As suggested he needs to get away some place (far away from this mad house and far away from that witch) where he can think. If not for any body else's benefit atleast for his own peace.

🤣 Have to agree on that! Guess we will start asking who are we by the time they decide to finish this track.

I think this is the Diwali party. KYM calendar is way behind ours. Or it could be a celebration for getting back Ritwik. That will be quite something to expect Milsi to dance in jubilation for getting back the child who is a living symbol of his wife's betrayal. No wonder the guy was totally put off!!!

Hmmm… What does Milind want? Well, he wants those days of love and bliss (which he knows believes is fake) to be a reality…. Which means his wife loved and loves only him and noone matters to her more than him… he wants the Love, Peace and more importantly Security (that was finding its foot hold but hadn't been strong yet) back...though he thinks it can never be possible

Milind is divorcing Prachi because he decided on it when he gave her the money… which is why he told Ayesha that he has decided what he has to do. He didn't spring up the divorce thought after Ayesha instigated him. He didn't find a separate reason to divorce Prachi today… he found another reason to add up to an already existing list. The current reason ranks above the others because it involves his dad and his trust. I don't think Milind isnt aware of what to do… he knows, it is just that he finds his love weakening his resolve which is a very a natural reaction. He knows he has no other option but to go in for a divorce because according to him Prachi and Neev were never a past…they still are/want to be together. His love for Prachi is making this decision difficult for him to act on… that surely doesn't mean he doesn't know what to do. He is buying time to get himself go ahead with the divorce(which he believes is the ultimate fate of this relationship given his belief) We saw his state when he was with a photo of Prachi… he wanted to hug it and keep it close to his heart… but the pain she had caused to that very heart caused him to throw it away. If he could be so torn between his heart and mind with regard to a simple photograph… Divorce is a complete different ball game all together. He is going to find it a million times more difficult to get himself go through… if he gives himself the time. If he has to sign the divorce papers… he has to do it on an impulse without giving himself the time to absorb anything. The minute he gives himself time… he will be drawn in different directions by his heart and mind and not to mention his family.

Milind could have been ONLY more angry at seeing Baba support Prachi. For a fact I am more upset than ever before with regard to this track on seeing Baba's stand. Why shouldn't Milind be angry? He hasn't been offered an explanation, has he? He is merely told no one will question Prachi. Why shouldn't Prachi be questioned? So many lives are at stake. Why believe that Prachi knows best and ONLY she can think & do good for the family? As if the others in the family would want bad for the family or are any less capable. As the eldest in the family why couldn't he come forward to help Prachi with her problem and try solve it after showing faith in Prachi? Keep it under wraps till you have worked on a solution… I can understand. But supporting Prachi blindly and restricting an aggrieved person his right to question… isnt being fair.

And Milind has every reason to believe that Prachi is fooling around(Esp when he assumes the worst of Prachi) Has he been given a account of why Baba trusts Prachi and the episode that happened infront of Inder's photo? Baba merely came down and pronounced whoever is against Prachi can walk out… as a matter of fact I didn't see Milind shocked at that… he knew this is what would happen. And why should Milind trust his dad's judgement? Wasn't it Baba who went against Sukruti not because she was wrong but he believed Inder Shah's son cant be wrong? Milind has always had a problem with his Baba's blind loyalty towards the Shahs and I think that was an influencing factor yday. Even I felt it Baba was more Inder Shah's loyal employee than a father. So if Milind doesn't want to believe his dad's stand… it is understandable.

As I said in the ED thread… I want Milind to stick to his stand and not relent until and unless he has been told the truth in a convincing manner backed with logic explanations and proof in place by everyone who is a party to this drama. The guy has suffered enough, and his suffering is only going to be double if not more when the truth will come out… So I think it is only fair that he is given enough freedom & space to deal with the pain and betrayal the way he wants to. But by looking at the recap it is clear Milind has put on hold the divorce plans until the time Prachi's 'truth' comes infront of Baba… the day it comes out… he will hand over the papers and call it quits(Yup all over again… only to see it fail) So his father's happiness is still a priority for him… and as for Prachi… he knows(thinks, rather) that if she is lying to Baba… it must be to stay back in this house… so acting with him as a perfect Wife for a perfect husband means she has her hidden agenda behind it… it seems and sounds a fair deal to him.

Amu, very convincingly put. But I still dont get it as to why Prachi should tell Baba that Ritwik is her child (and going by what Ayesha told him and he believed, she did it deliberately)and then supposedly convince baba to accept her. The two dont seem to go together. She could have remained silent about Ritwik if her motive was to stay in SM. Afterall she knows that Milsi has a weakness for his baba and will not reveal her secret to him. That is why I found his behaviour confusing. One moment he is annoyed she would dare tell the truth to baba and jeopardise his health. The next moment he is annoyed that she dare convince baba to accept her.

I wish Milsi had confronted Baba and asked him why should he accept a girl without morals when Baba ordered everyone not to question Prachi. I doubt that Baba was aware that Milsi also suspected Prachi till he witnessed Ayesha's monologue to Milsi. You see the guy is old and senile. He must have thought that Michi have sorted out misunderstanding, if there was any. Afterall he did hear Milsi support Prachi at Ritwik's birthday party when Ayesha broke the 'truth' first. He had not witnessed anything subsequently where Milsi questioned Prachi or where Milsi illtreated Prachi for the suppposed betrayal. Even when he said no one will question her he was pointedly looking at Ayesha and not at Milsi.

I would like to go with Amu, everyone seems to have forgotten milind and the effect the truth/lie has on him.

Hez become a pawn in teh so called cnfusion, the person who shdu have known the truth first, will be the one
to know it in the end !1

I guess if he had come to knw the truth, there wouldnt have been drama, so some more melodrama in offing
