I ama big smriti fan but she is a kekta traitor! I mean she's brought a tulsi like avtaar to teen bahuraniyan directly to compete against kyunki. I understand disagreements and misunderstandings are there b/w her and k-ekta but u dont hurt someome where it really hurts! And whats with smriti campaigning (its fine is shes a bjp supporter) for that sad excuse of a chief minister narendra modi (for his re-election). He allowed communal violence to continue for days during 2002 godhra riots😡 And pls dont bash me for speaking my mind. I just wish if somehow smriti and ekta cud work there diff. out. It would be better for the television industry and fans as a whole.😉

There is no need to bring in Narendra Modi in all this and mind u b4 accusing him for Godhra riots that happened...it was a bad thing that happened but ppl want to forget it,don't just go on saying...it's easy to say but u wud have known when u had experienced it.Sitting in US its easy for u to say and when u don't know the truth just don't speak about it.

As far as Smriti n Ekta's tiff is considered,i don't know wats the truth behind it,whether Smriti took up the role to compete Ekta or just cuz liked it.It's her decision and if u don't wana watch then don't watch it.

Also with Smriti campaigning for BJP,let me inform u she is not a supporter but an active member in BJP so its her duty even to campaign for BJP.

Plz don't mix everything together and think twice b4 u say anything.

Yeah, this is a forum for television serials...please don't start a debate on politics....Narendra Modi is a fantastic Chief Minister, if you ask me. And liek Devu said, Smriti is the president of the BJP youth wing...she will obviously campaign.

And while still on teh topic, why do ppl always talk abt the injustice meted out to the riot victims? Why doesn't anyone talk abt how Karsevaks were locked in a train compartment & how it was set ablaze? Everyone, including the media, is soooo bothered abt the pp, killed in teh riots? Why is no one concerned abt the cold blooded murder of the Karsevaks? Don't tehir lives mean anything?

I was living in india for a long period of time during 2001-2002 And I follow indian current events and news closely. I watched and read the string operation by tehlka and aaj tak news. smriti shud just bury the hatchet with ekta and move on.

Smriti has moved on....its Ekta larger than life ego that doesn't let her move on. Come on, Ekta couldn't have expecetd such a telented actress to be satisfied playing Tulsi all her life...vasudha gave her a break from Tulsi, but Ekta didn't like it. And seriously, much as I adore the Mihir-Tulsi pair...I'm very happy that Smriti is out of that crap 😡

Smriti Irani is definately not a traitor. What do you expect her to do if Ekta's ego is big and she chucks her out. You expect her to sit at home and twidle her thumbs till Ekta decides to get her back.

I think Smriti has done it all for her fans who expect to see her on the 10.30 time slot and that has got Ekta and Star Plus (Who are equally to blame)running helter skelter to do the same boring crap of a cross over episode to save their fortunes.

Apart from her acting abilities Smriti has got guts which no other Indian television actor has displayed.

Great going Smriti we are behind you GO FOR IT

As for Modi a person who i am sure has got no political background and knowledge should refrain from commenting. As rightly pointed out by someone she is not just campaigning but an active member of the BJP which i feel is as secular as the congress cause if the congress can woo the minority votes and ignore the majority then what is wrong if the BJP woo's the majority vote and ignores the minority vote.
