I used to watch kasam when kratika was there after she left I didn't watch much but I tried to give the new jodi chance but something important seemed missing I am not saying shivani is not a good actress but it is very hard create chemistry and make place in the viewers heart make them like the couple when you had already loved some other actor on the same character and their chemistry on the screen and not all jodis click with viewers it depends on many things it depends on the bond between actors , most of times the first two actors whose chemistry works with viewers changing the actor in between show when the Jodi is already famous is not a good decision it never works

Exactly my point .. u cannot force these things .. KraSha as TanShi had an instant liking with the viewers which RishTa/ShiRad failed and this the entire media and majority r saying and not just few fans on this IF .. No wonder right after KS's exit trps went down ..

@Leevi : Everyone knows Kratika's achievements ..even in 3 months time , she managed to win the jodi award with Sharad 👏 ... ..she is not a self-proclaimed star but its the media who calls her a star irrespective of her few failures which is quite natural in anyone's career ..
