Sneha..to your point ..mani was not in a situation where his child was in a problem because of ruhi when he spoke yo her..he spoke to ruhi as his best friends daughter. ..so the 2 situations are not the same. .
The identical situation is when aliya accused adi of molesting het..and that time mani made his choice more than clear and worse still was super rude and aggressive with the 'other child' adi..he didn't even give him a benefit of doubt but chose to believe his daughter blindly..heck after the whole fiasco was over and they realized adi was not at fault he didn't even offer an apology. ..
And if we were to keep mani and raman's personalities aside for a moment..in the case where aliya accused adi of molesting her ...ishita..who is considered to be the ideal of parenting. .didn't think twice before accusing adi of the crime..she didn't think from the 'other child's piv' too..that he might have been wrongly accused and might have a doting family too..she went on to not just blame the child but also his parents and his upbringing. .I am not saying ishuta was wrong there. , but she chose to have faith in her child and believed and loyal story to the point where she was fine with slapping the 'other child' till she realised who it was...so to your point..someone as balanced and forgiving as ishita could not see the other persons pov when it was a question of her child in trouble. ..here unlike mani..raman did not ask ishita to choose..he us allowing her to fulfill her duties as a parent to aliya. .but in the given situation his loyalties are firmly with adi...and I don't think any parent can be called wromg in doing that...
