I just watched today's episode. While I was watching the show, at times - I kept picturing Kratika enacting the scene instead of Shivani. It just seemed out of place, because each of the other actors would know she is the spitting image of Tanvi. The story would just not click for me if the other characters did not see the likeliness between Tanvi and Tanu of iss janam. It may work for other viewers but not for me.

In other scenes - like the one where Rano and Raj were confronting Tanuja and her sisters: the essence of the scene would be missed because Tanvi would be towering over her sisters in more than one way. Similarly the scene with Rishi where he accuses Tanuja of being a thief would look ridiculous because in some scenes he would be pining for Tanvi and in another he would be yelling, shouting and accusing her of being a thief, and so on! I do not want to even imagine how out of place the scenes with Neha, Sandy. Bani and Kuljeet would look.

Honestly, I think the reverse has happened. ST has set a high bar for KS. It is going to be hard for her to step into ST's shoes. She will find it hard to display the youthful innocence, inexperience, frank honesty in the eyes, the general aura of disheveledness, nimbleness of form, and genuineness of spirit. This is not because she lacks acting skills, she is a talented actor - this is because only youth can display youthfulness! So hiring an experienced actor may backfire on the PH.

I have no qualms in leaving this show.I thank you all for reading my posts and discussing the show with me during my stay here. Thankfully I am not a tellybuff. Nevertheless I do feel very sorry for Shivani. However, God's ways are mysterious and I sure something good will come for Shivani soon after this trial by fire.

I chose to watch the show and now I voluntarily choose to stop doing so once ST's role ends. I chose to write and discuss the show because writing is a meaningful activity for me. It helps me keep my mind active and it helps me de-stress and relax, Thank you for choosing to read my writings and discussing the show with me.

@anonee: it is very sad that you will leave the forum after KS enters. You are a very good writer and I love reading you writings. Though I stopped watching Kasam after TanShi wedding (couldn't bear to watch Tanu die and Rishi's pain 💔) I kept in touch through your writings.

I agree with you that they should have continued with ST and increased TRP by improving the story line. What is happening is highly unfair to ST and I wish her all the best for the future. I had hoped that KS would come back with a new show.

Having said all that, I am a fan girl after all and cannot wait to see KraSha magic again...they are sooo beautiful togather - expressions, body language, timings - everything is so perfect!

I do hope their magic will make you come back one day 😊
