Why did they show Sona's promise again?

Sona promised Dev that even if he leaves her , she will never leave him. They reminded the viewers about this promise again in recent episode. I am just wondering if this is an indication of future episodes where Sona refuses to marry Ritu?

I am not asking if this is right or wrong but just wondering if this is indicating something ?

When was it ? Was it in Friday's Epi that they replayed it?

Maybe because it is going to be one of the reasons for Sona to break off her engagement and feel guilty when she sees Dev hurt himself.

After she comes back home from Ishwari Niwas (barsati nalla and half a glass of water discussion) and sees Dev waiting in the car in front of her house. Dev is pondering about the promise Sona made and does not see her approaching the car.

I hope Sona doesn't feel guilty. This is all Dev's fault- he should be the only one feeling guilt.

but to fullfill this promise she has to break another promise..

I feel that Dev may just congratulate them and promise not to interfere in her life. From here on they may stop showing Dev's madness. He would get back to his original self but Sona will not move on now.

It's both fault...dev mistake is that he breakup and sona mistake is that she want to move on even she still loves dev...

Coz she needs to understand that its not only Dev who is committing mistake and not fulfilling his promises bt Sona is also smwhre not lived upto her promise. Yes I agree it was Dev who took an impulsive decision...his action cannot b justified bt sona's reaction to his action bt also not matured and sensible. She shud hv taken time to let dev come out of dat situation (the hospital panic moment) and talked to him thereafter.
