Just saw the trailer so will give it a try. Somebody recommended Mr Singh Mrs Mehta. Sounds like a copy of a movie I've seen of Nicholas cage were he is a painter.

Biwi No. 1...Astitva (loved this movie)

Better than Hindi movies, Pak shows have too many stories based on multiple affairs of husbands (almost every second one based on this concept).
