One is this assumption that talk like this compromises a woman's character. The way all of us are reacting means we consider our "modesty" outraged by such talk..However, that means we still see these issues from society's age-old mores We should stop viewing a woman's character from the prism of a man's world. A world, where there is some shame for a woman for some conduct and no shame for a man's similar conduct...MY question is why? Imagine this conversation in a gender sensitised world where there are no qualms about this aspect...the thing we called a "outraging a woman's modesty". Imagine the opposite, women getting together and discussing their past relationships with men...would it affect the men in any way...so big deal!! why should it affect women in any way...If men can't learn how to react to such matters...let them go back and learn how to react to such issues...or better still let them be bred well!!.
