Hi friends,

Now, Gaurav Chopra prepares for Bollywood debut

Gaurav Chopra, who plays Lt Abhimanyu Rai in Left Right Left, has finished shooting for his first Bollywood venture. That apart, he also has another international project on hand. We spoke to Gaurav to know more.

"I have finished shooting for Humne Jeena Seekh Liya, which is being directed by Milind Ukey. He directed Hanuman and had earlier assisted Sanjay Leela Bhansali," says Gaurav, "The film is narrated through the eyes of a 14-year-old boy. It is a completely non glamorous, real story and an honest attempt. My role is of a social activist and this boy wants to be like me. In short, I am playing his ideal man, though he does not understand what I am doing or what social messages I am giving. It also has a very sweet and innocent love angle."
The actor proudly adds, "The film has already got 50 thousand advanced bookings. We want this film to be seen by the right kind of people first. It is a two-hour film and has been shown to some NGOs, schools and social workers. It will release worldwide on January 4."

About his other international project, Gaurav, who was seen in the Hollywood flick The Blood Diamond, only says, "Some people from Los Angeles are coming to train us for this action flick. There are three protagonists and I'm playing one of them."

We wish Gaurav all the best for his filmi career.
