Everyone in that household fears Rishi and talk to him out of fear with respect. Even MK Enterprises employees are afraid of him. And here Tanuja casually without any fear tells him she thought him to be 'ayewaye'.

Rishi's anger was tripled - first she refers to him as anybody, she cuts off his phone, and then leaves the phone off the hook (this she did unknowingly).

Tanuja only give "daant" to strangers. She did with Beeji and Rishi. And the daant is restricted to when they cross limits of propriety.

She does not give it to those with power or those to whom she owes a debt - like Bani, Neha, Vidhi and Ridhi.

To some extent she considers Rano and Ahaana strangers too - that is why she ordered them around when attending to Beeji.

Once she realizes their relation to Rishi - she might be more careful with her words.

Yes with Neha, Bani and sisters she is different and very quiet. Hopefully it will change very soon or Rishi may just help her to make them quiet 😆
