Adi is maybe a jerk but he gives more chances for people who think out of the box and goes by talent and take people who fit into the part and not like Kjo as long as you look beautiful everything is possible and every industry child is his child.

I agree. Aditya Chopra may be a douchebag in personal life but love the way he runs yrf much better than how KJo runs Dharma.

One more thing about him is his eye for the talent. After Gunday was unanimously thrashed by critics he gave Ali Abbas Jafar not just another chance but he gave him one of the biggest project of YRF and signed Salman. And he delivered.

There is definitely some meritocracy in his choices unlike Dharma pushing Alia or Sid in every damn movie he has given fair chances to Pariniti, Vaani, Sushant and Ranveer.

Adi Chopra is no doodh ka dhula. He holds grudges too. Remember Shraddha and Nawaz? He is an A grade bully.
