I think he did kill the driver, before coming to the mandir... it was not shown

It's not possible to show each and every murder BR does, when you see the maid's body on the road it is understood that BR has left her body and possessed someone else. I think to keep the suspense quotient the murder of the taxi driver was not shown.

BR was very angry waiting outside temple so he must have killed that driver which was not shown to keep the suspense element ...
