PROLOGUE

"Bhaiya, look at the way the people of this Kali Yuga treat your Cosmic Energy, your Bhudevi", said Ma Parvati.

"I know Behena", said Lord Vishnu, sadly.

"They forget that she is also Mahalakshmi, that She is in Devi Sita as well; they forget She is a part of Srimathi Radharani. They misinterpret Her as Satyabhama, they forget that it is She who is Alamelu Manga. The only form who fully gets recognized as Bhudevi is Andal", said Ma Parvati, finishing Her rant.

Mahalakshmi sat at Her Mahavishnu's feet, massaging them, sadness visible on Her lovely features.

"It is time", said Jagannatha.

"Time for what, Narayana?", asked Lord Shiva, who had been silent for so long. His eyes met with that of Lord Narayana; Lord Shiva smiled serenely, eyes twinkling, and the corner of His mouth quirking into a half smile.

"Swami, Bhaiya, tell us!", said a now smiling Devi Parvati, knowing that Her brother was up to one of His plans.

"It is time for Bhudevi to reincarnate on the Earth", said Bhupati, smiling.

"Swami?", asked a happy Mahalakshmi.

"Yes my love. You will reincarnate as your Earthly aspect. Bhudevi will be born for me, and I for Her", said Lord Narayana.

"You for Her?", asked Ma Parvati.

"Yes sister. This time around, I will be Eka-patni vrat! The Shri part of Mahalakshmi will reside in my heart, while Bhudevi will be my wife", said Mahavishnu, a smile on His face.

"The time to understand Bhudevi has come"

Years later...

She was born on an auspicious day, at the most auspicious time. She was named Dharani, after the Earth Herself.
