In SBS segment they are showing that Dev is putting bangles in Sona's wrist and she is feeding him apple slices. Looks like Dev's room. Has this already happened ? Which episode? Or is this a future scene?

No they haven't showed it yet.
They will show it in the upcoming episodes as flashback scenes.

I think its Dev's dream or FB...but did such a scene happen in previous episodes...if no then how can it be FB?

I too was confused with that scene..if they will show it as flashback scene then it should have happened in the past right????

But that scene never happened in the past in any of the episodes.

Does that mean CVs are utilizing flashbacks now to get us more and new Devakshi scenes while break up???😉
