Do you remember the library scene, when he refers to Riddhima as 'tum' and puts his hand on her shoulder…way back then itself, I could not understand why she did not clarify her feelings to him and put a stop to this affair. She keeps chatting with him in such an amiable manner while Armaan seethes outside! Well, if there were any doubts abt her leading Sumit on, yesterday it became all too obvious. She actually seemed to be reveling in the attention he was showering on her and I was sickened to see her so pleased with herself! Oh can this woman ever look beyond herself. She thinks its ok to let him think the world of her cause it satisfies her ego. oooh! sharika i was so shocked when he called her tum and was wondering why ridhima didn't find it amiss...my doctor is an old family friend, my son's pediatrician is my uncle, but within their rooms, when the relationship is clearly doctor-patient, everything changes instantly and even old familiarity gives way to respect and a certain professional distance that is the decorum of the relationship!!

When an attractive, young doctor encourages a terminal patient like this, there is bound to be trouble ahead. He is going to cling to her for dear life because she has given him hope of this non-existent rainbow ahead…I feel its not just going to lead to heartbreak… There is an obsessive streak in Sumit . He is not going to let go so easily, and the muck that is going to fly around when things go out of hand is going to land on the 'fallen angel Riddhima'. Ofcourse like u and others have pointed out …Ms goody two shoes always has an escape route planned (I am sooo innocent!)…nut she will not come out unscathed…and the witness (& probably the savior too) will be none other than Armaan! my point exactly....ridhima is doubly significant for sumit. i will not take away from the true nature of his feelings, however annoying the expression of it may be. but he is a man in love and moreover a dying man in love!!! horrible dependence. can only mean ruin!! well, i do hope she does not esacpe unscathed...if u notice, she manages pretty fine based on her own sense of goodness and that of those around her!!

I liked the lines u penned abt Sumit finding the two together (though I don't want to see Riddhima even within a 10 mile radius of Armaan for quite some time!!)…Cud almost visualize the scene and the ensuing heart break…do feel that Sumit has an inkling that there is something brewing b/w the two. He probably feels its not frm Riddhima's side cause she cares sooo much for HIM… yeah well, back to the to crush or not to crush (remember?) people like sumit and sapna are just disgustingly optimistic. so if one reads on how to be a godd mother, the other turns a blind eye to the obviously crackling air between armaan and ridhima!!

Something funny came to my mind just now thinking of Sumit….Is dil ke tukde hazaar hua, Koi yaahan gira koi waahan gira….(Sorry, I still sound so unsympathetic twrds him, can't help it) not a problem...my sympathies aren't with him either. get a grip already...but yeah, i don't like seeing him where he is because of ridhima either!!
