and is tanuja 20 years old?

Rishi is 43 now cause before leap he was 23 & yes Tanuja is 20 year old now since the show took 20 year leap after her birth.

yes there was a confusion previously cause some articles said it's 18 year leap & some said 20 year but actors keep saying that it's 20 year leap in off screen videos & finally the makers also cleared the confusion that the show took 20 year leap in the following episodes-

Exactly! Honestly, I can't wait to see their dumb faces all worried thinking about how their nightmare is turning out to be true. I just hate the way they treat Tanuja. I had hopes from Vidhi but past few episodes she has proved she is no good either. Pre-leap was still bearable coz Ahana was there to protect Tanu. But, post-leap there is pretty much no one until Rishi stops being khadoos and support Tanuja 😊
