May be the staircase is crowded with the shooting stuff, so people have to use the ladder..

Soup I would love to write a long post, but it's very late here. But I agree with what you have said. Suman was disillusioned and heck so was I. I was left reeling and in shock after that scene. I must say both Namik and Niki did a fine job in that scene.

The throwing stuff part was the toughest. Shravan has really crossed the line and it's going to be hard to come back from this. This incident was even worse than the public set down at the Reunion. Yes that was super bad, but that was 16 year old Shravan 11 years later, but THIS? This was 27 year old Shravan venting out his true feelings of betrayal which I think are worse than the first time around! THIS time Suman wont recover as fast from those insults either.

That time she knew she had been wrong, but this time? We all know Shravan has got the completely wrong idea here and he will have to repent badly! Lots of high drama ahead.

Yes even I think high time "Preekar" PAID for their decision of being together. You wanted to be together? Great, now demonstrate how good you are for each other! Let's see how strong this chaar din ki chandani wala relationship is under pressure! Bring it on! Pretty Preity and Puttar Pushy! Time to play grown up! Little brats. Hope they are taught a life lesson! Zindagi main kuch Vi "Ai Vai" nahi miltha! LOL

Did I say I wont write a long post? Clearly I cant stick to that! LOL

Hi Chick!
Thank you so much for this analysis. It covered everything. Actually I thought I was in the minority because I thought Little Sumo was consistent with her characterisation, but looks like you are with me 😊

Not just that, I loved every bit of your writing. Late to this thread and I can see everything is discussed so not saying much !

i am conflicted when it comes to this EDKV as these characters are flawed and rarely introspect... one thing i will say is that sumo doesn't introspect on her own actions...there has been no redemption arc for her... what has she ever done for shravan...even nirmala track instead of bringing it sensibly she springs up nirmala on him... her intentions were good but she went wrong in the way she did it..
when he lashes out she goes into self-pity mode that she has no one except nanu... she just doesn't think what she does to hurt shravan and she does a lot to hurt him.. yesterday i found his lashing out a bit excessive, but he was quite deeply upset and he had kept his patience with her for a long time...he exploded and i cant blame him he had tried so hard to keep up with her and tolerated all her tantrums. naturally i do feel he could have toned it down but it was all a build up for him over time.. he got carried away and he was wrong but wish sumo introspected on where she went wrong and how she went wrong instead of going into self-pity mode and judging him in that moment...

funny how she never judges herself when she says things to him and insists she is there for him, but when he lashes out she judges that she has no one except nanu...

she has made a lot of mistakes and she never seems to learn from them... she does what she wants... she judges her actions with shravan based on her intentions, but she judges shravan's actions based on her interpretation of his actions.. she never stops to think what made him do that... she never stops to think where she went wrong.. what led to the misunderstanding.. she never stops to think how to avoid it in the future by communicating better... both are wrong but i find sumo more selfish than shravan...

no matter how much shravan lashes out.. he cares about her more than she cares about him...time and time again he has tried with her and kept aside all their differences when she has been in need of help.. for that i give credit to the guy...
