The title says it all 😊
An episode reminiscent of the 11 PM YHM that we had all loved to death, the beauty of relationships explained in unsaid moments, the little touches in a day-to-day scenario, and the simplicity and earnestness of it all - Visible in the first few minutes today.
Needless to say IshRa made me warm and mushy inside ☺️ Bickering, smiles, teasing - Haaye! Raavan Kumar was at his best, and his Jhansi Ki Rani wasn't backing off either. How she initially tries to deflect the topic, but captured in his arms tells him what she thinks. The way he tightly encloses her in his arms, not letting her go - Seemed like they were both filling themselves with the feeling of being so physically close to each other after ages 😳 Their romance is still the same, the teasing is still the same, THEY are still the same 😳 How or why did they ever separate is a question better answered some other day. For now, they're busy being lost with each other, and so am I 😳 Who said they have lost the charm again? 🤪
The PiMan scene next was so heart-warmingly adorable ❤️ It reminded me so much of RuMan when Ruhi was a little girl. The little girl whose entire world is in a conundrum these days saw a familiar face, one that she loves to core, that she recognizes as her own, that has been her hero & savior ever since she opened her eyes in this world - her father. A father's love for his daughter, a daughter's smile in her father's arms, the bonding that spelt happiness. Raman taking care of Pihu had no dialogues, yet said so much. KP & RD are just so cute as father-daughter, you cannot take your eyes off them 😳
Ruhi in this scene was such a welcome addition. When Raman was unable to tie Pihu's long hair, I just thought about Ru and there she was! His darling elder daughter, princess #1 if I may, who first was taking in the beautiful sight of her father dressing up her little sister, and later trying to help him out by first mouthing the steps, and then going forward to proactively help him and Pihu. That's what Ishima's Ruhi was, that's what Ishima's Ruhi is even today 😳
Ishita staring at the father-daughter duo from the door, helping him with each step, yet never crossing that threshold. As a mother, how difficult must it be to stand afar and just watch? But she did it all with so much grace and happiness 😃 Her smile was due to her daughter's smile, and that's what a true mother is 😳 Also Raman seeking her help with each thing to do, is another step in the direction of redemption. It symbolises how he trusts her judgment with every little thing with respect to their kids, be it waking her up, or dressing her for school 😳
In the end, the hug Pihu shared with Raman and Ruhi, as Ishita watched from the other side. Raman, who lost one of his daughters and gained her back, who is about to lose the other daughter if he doesn't show her his love. Ruhi, who lost her father's love ages ago only to gain a mother's, who then lost her entire family only to come back and find her reflection at home. Pihu, who is innocently unaware of the circumstances around her, but who places her love in the hands of those she cares for the most - her father and elder sister. Ishita, who years ago made a father come close to his daughter in the process of finding her own daughter, who is now estranged from the other one only to wish to be able to share that hug too.
The family is so broken, yet so connected. Their bonds aren't based on selfishness or malice, but pure, unadulterated love.
For Raman (aka Charlie) his life is defined by his angels.
1. Ishita - His wife. His support system. His best friend. His worst critique. His everything.
2. Ruhi - His elder daugher. His world. A part of his soul who gave him his everything.
3. Pihu - His younger daughter. His tomorrow. A part of his and Ishita's love.
And to see him loved by all three of them today was an overwhelming sight for an old YHM fan, who thrives on such delightful happenings as the one shown today.
