The title says it all 😊

An episode reminiscent of the 11 PM YHM that we had all loved to death, the beauty of relationships explained in unsaid moments, the little touches in a day-to-day scenario, and the simplicity and earnestness of it all - Visible in the first few minutes today.

Needless to say IshRa made me warm and mushy inside ☺️ Bickering, smiles, teasing - Haaye! Raavan Kumar was at his best, and his Jhansi Ki Rani wasn't backing off either. How she initially tries to deflect the topic, but captured in his arms tells him what she thinks. The way he tightly encloses her in his arms, not letting her go - Seemed like they were both filling themselves with the feeling of being so physically close to each other after ages 😳 Their romance is still the same, the teasing is still the same, THEY are still the same 😳 How or why did they ever separate is a question better answered some other day. For now, they're busy being lost with each other, and so am I 😳 Who said they have lost the charm again? 🤪

The PiMan scene next was so heart-warmingly adorable ❤️ It reminded me so much of RuMan when Ruhi was a little girl. The little girl whose entire world is in a conundrum these days saw a familiar face, one that she loves to core, that she recognizes as her own, that has been her hero & savior ever since she opened her eyes in this world - her father. A father's love for his daughter, a daughter's smile in her father's arms, the bonding that spelt happiness. Raman taking care of Pihu had no dialogues, yet said so much. KP & RD are just so cute as father-daughter, you cannot take your eyes off them 😳

Ruhi in this scene was such a welcome addition. When Raman was unable to tie Pihu's long hair, I just thought about Ru and there she was! His darling elder daughter, princess #1 if I may, who first was taking in the beautiful sight of her father dressing up her little sister, and later trying to help him out by first mouthing the steps, and then going forward to proactively help him and Pihu. That's what Ishima's Ruhi was, that's what Ishima's Ruhi is even today 😳

Ishita staring at the father-daughter duo from the door, helping him with each step, yet never crossing that threshold. As a mother, how difficult must it be to stand afar and just watch? But she did it all with so much grace and happiness 😃 Her smile was due to her daughter's smile, and that's what a true mother is 😳 Also Raman seeking her help with each thing to do, is another step in the direction of redemption. It symbolises how he trusts her judgment with every little thing with respect to their kids, be it waking her up, or dressing her for school 😳

In the end, the hug Pihu shared with Raman and Ruhi, as Ishita watched from the other side. Raman, who lost one of his daughters and gained her back, who is about to lose the other daughter if he doesn't show her his love. Ruhi, who lost her father's love ages ago only to gain a mother's, who then lost her entire family only to come back and find her reflection at home. Pihu, who is innocently unaware of the circumstances around her, but who places her love in the hands of those she cares for the most - her father and elder sister. Ishita, who years ago made a father come close to his daughter in the process of finding her own daughter, who is now estranged from the other one only to wish to be able to share that hug too.

The family is so broken, yet so connected. Their bonds aren't based on selfishness or malice, but pure, unadulterated love.

For Raman (aka Charlie) his life is defined by his angels.

1. Ishita - His wife. His support system. His best friend. His worst critique. His everything.

2. Ruhi - His elder daugher. His world. A part of his soul who gave him his everything.

3. Pihu - His younger daughter. His tomorrow. A part of his and Ishita's love.

And to see him loved by all three of them today was an overwhelming sight for an old YHM fan, who thrives on such delightful happenings as the one shown today.

There was a time when these scenes happening weren't rare... Such scenes of a father helping his child dress, and helping him or her in a daily chore was shown as something that is done on a routine... But for sometime now, the genuineness and realism in this show had died or faded. The last few episodes have bought that back 😳😳 I loved this scene for many reasons.

1. It's post leap, Ruhi has grown up... equations have changed now. With Ruhi being the elder one, Pihu being the one that needs help... Ruhi being the bridge that ties Raman and Pihu because Ruhi has been where Pihu is literally in every way.

2. Just to see Raman with his two darlings, and Ishita looking at them lovingly... the picture of a beautiful family in the making.

3. This moment is so real, so beautiful it hits home for its genuineness.

It's hard to see Ishita stand away and just watch them and hold herself back but she smiles knowing her daughter is secure and happy.

I loved the little nuances they concentrated on. Raman asking Ishita suggestions, involving her. Ruhi enjoying witnessing her dad and sister like this and helping him out. The little IshRu moment on the door was adorable too... 😳

THIS WAS SO YHM 1 and I cherish such moments so so much.. 😭

Mohabbatein's beauty lies in it's simplicity, in it's relatability! Today was one such a day where in, it was just that. It was about a father with a resolve who didn't hesitate to take up the challenge, if I may say so, of becoming a mother to his daughter. This is just who my RKB is ❤️

He has no ego of "Oh I'm the man why should I do all this?" No he instantly agreed and began hands down.

I've something for girls and their doting daddies and RuMan along with Raman - Pihu now just steal my heart away. RD and KP have such a natural, palpable chemistry that just oozes out my TV screen and trancedes into my soul ...!!

I was reminded of the lice treatment scene of RuMan; the only difference being that today, Madrasan was no longer a stranger to her Ravan Kumar and in that instant it was Ruhi for who they communicated and today it was to bring back a level of comfort in their child, Pihu's life ...!!

I loved the background score that which is reminiscent of the charm of Mohabbatein. The heartfelt scene which had no dialogue yet it reached my soul. I'm sorry if I wasn't coherent, I'm a pile of mush due to my babies ☺️

Nidhi..awesome post..and glad you made it..these 2 scenes and more so the ishra ruhi pihu scene deserves all the love for being such a heartfelt, 11pm yhm scene. .
Like I said in another thread, the scene left me feeling warm and happy, I had a big smile on my face when the scene ended...and thus scene is going to be a most repeat viewed scene for me for a long long time

For all our complaints for lack of Ruman and PiMan scenes , today cvs gave us a joint scene with all 3, yet retaining the individual charm of the 2 bonds,..and KP, Ruhaanika were always a treat to watch., their small nuances, like ruhaanika smiling and giggling and happily putting her leg over KPs waist as he carried her to the bath..KP putting his hand on her head and drying her hair... all so father -daughter and so natural😛.heck when they both scrunched up their faces in the mirror. .thry resembled each other to the T..not a soul coukd have guessed, these aren't father and daughter in real.😛. and Aditi was a welcome addition to these 2 ..papa beti...

And ishita and raman 'talking' to each other through their eyes through the entire scene was pure bliss..such an eye talk has been long missing and yes this was a worthy tribute to the 11pm lice treatment scene. ..but this time the father -mother , raman-ishita were totally attuned to the other. .one asking, the other supporting. ..this is mohabbatein of a different level. .of spouses and of 2 parents. ..
Did I see pride in ishita's face when raman coaxed 'their' daughter awake and got her ready and then hugged both his daughters in happiness. ..and did I see tears in raman's eyes in that eyelock when he was hugging both kids..tears of joy? Gratitude? and of missing the most important part of this little family moment -ishita?...

Not a single dialogue..yet one of the most powerful , yet adorable and aww worthy scenes I'm a long long time in YHM land. .😛

Awesome post and I agree with it all! This was an 11pm kind of YHM epi and I loved the two scenes that you have mentioned specifically! As I posted in another thread, I absolutely loved that family scene! It was like a combination of the head lice scene between IshRaRu and then the RuMan scene during the accident track!

Two of my fav scenes put together and it was just perfect with IshRa, Ruhi and Pihu! Right from Ishita helping Raman silently to admiring how he was getting their daughter ready, seeing the two bond to how he was happy being with Pihu right from waking her up, smiling as she hugged him immediately when she saw him and how he was turning to Ishita for everything wanting her opinion and help.

I especially loved the small detailed and natural touch the actors gave as Raman put his hand on Pihu's head as Ruhi did her braids and was drying her hair to the small IshRu bit where they laughed at Raman and Ruhi pulling Pihu's cheeks. It just all seemed real with the small gestures. And then the final hug after Raman watched his two daughters together with Ishiat looking on was the perfect cherry on top at the end!

If only we got Ishita joining in and Adi was somewhere in the scene, maybe hugging his Ishima while Raman and the girls hugged. Alas that scene was a reminder of golden YHM!

Thanks Nina 😊

@bold - So true. And to think of it, the 3rd princess was a combination of the other 2 - the face of his daughter, the blood of his wife 😳
