TV stars' favourite Jodi
Find out which two of the three contestants these actors would like to see together
The gripping excitement and action on Fame Gurukul has even Television stars in it's sway. Even these actors are eagerly waiting to find out who will be the Fame Jodi.
Jassi aka Mona Singh says "Rex and Qazi ki waah kya Jodi, they can be the Jai and Veeru of the music world." She goes on to say that the duo is a hit amongst the women folk of all ages and will go on to break hearts as well as singing records, if they continue together. Another leading lady, Shama Sikander from Yeh Meri Life Hai says, "Ruprekha has to be part of the "Fame Jodi' for sure, not only is she an amazing singer but it has to be a boy-girl jodi so that they can sing the romantic numbers with ease."
Strongly contesting the fact that the jodi has to be male-female is Iqbal Khan, of Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai, who says "There have been international male artists who have worked in pairs and done very well, Simon & Garfunkel, George Michael's erstwhile WHAM to name a few, so why can't Rex & Qazi be the first Indian male Jodi. They both are good and talented." Shilpa Saklani who plays Kkusum says that it is very difficult to choose two, her favourite is Qazi and as long as he is there, she is happy. On probing further, she also feels that having two guys as part of the Jodi is not a bad idea and would be something different and unique.
Actress Tanaaz Currim, who has been following the show very closely said she would be shocked if Rex was not part of the Fame Jodi. She feels he is the true rockstar and will be the one to carry the Jodi forward, because he has the right mix of style, flair, charm and singing talent.
The celebrities have their own points of view and so do the audience, it remains to be seen whose views are stronger and who sends the most sms's to vote.
